UNDENIABLE FACTS:
THEFT: They are illegally withholding funds from multiple victims (including me).
ILLEGAL DATA HARVESTING: They have NO legal right to collect passports, addresses, and especially facial biometrics! They are weaponizing these sensitive data points while refusing to pay.
REPEAT OFFENDERS: This is their second exit scam. The criminal pattern is identical to the previous one.
DO NOT WASTE TIME.
Contact INTERPOL or EUROPOL immediately (a simple email is enough). Create the paper trail before they disappear.

1. The "Banking Partner" Lie: Finding banking partners is not an issue for legitimate fintechs in 2025. Other services operate smoothly with multiple card issuers. PayWithMoon is using this excuse solely to freeze withdrawal liquidity (for the second time).
2. The AML/KYC Trap: They are weaponizing AML checks regarding refunds to lock user funds indefinitely. They force victims into endless KYC loops, harvesting personal data they have no international legal right to process or store, only to deny the refund in the end regardless of compliance.
3. Systematic Delays: Refunds are not being processed for anyone. Support sends bot-generated delays while they likely siphon off the remaining assets.
ACTION REQUIRED FOR VICTIMS:
Stop writing and waiting for support tickets. They are stalling to cover their tracks.

Had been using with no issues for months, then they terminated my card without warning and for no reason.
I had to contact support who said I could request a refund for the remaining credit balance (almost $4K USD) and that it would take up to 5 days.
It has now been 10 days and I have not received any replies from the support ticket/chat system which previously responded.
I have referred this matter to my attorney for legal remedies as I thought this was a legitimate company with a doxxed C-Suite etc. They have stolen my money and from the other reviews I see seem to have done this to tons of users.
Even worse, I had referred several friends and they ALSO had this happen to them.
Unbelievable.

I am writing this review as a last resort. My account ) has been suspended since May 2025. I have followed every instruction provided by support, including resubmitting my ID without a VPN to fix a "location mismatch" issue.
I successfully completed the KYC link months ago, but my funds remain locked. I have sent multiple follow-up emails with no substantive response since September. It appears the automated system is failing to sync my verified status, and no human agent is willing to perform a manual override.
I am requesting that a member of the Trust & Safety team manually review my case and release my funds immediately. If this is not resolved, I will be filing a formal complaint with the CFPB.

I had a very long experience with paywithmoon.com, and everything worked flawlessly and perfectly until a few days ago.
As a matter of fact, while PayWithMoon functioned, it was one of the best banking 5/5 stars experiences ever.
Before Christmas, however, Paywithmoons' future looked grim. Paywithmoon lost some of its payment alternatives (for real, not a scam), and in the process, a few hundred $ of mine were frozen.
* The CEO of paywithmoon.com sent a general email promising to repay all customer debts in the future, one account at a time.
* Paywithmoon, with CEO, fulfilled the promise perfectly.
I rate PayWithMoon 5 stars and hope PayWithMoon will return to business. If and when PayWithMoon returns, I intend to seek to continue the business relationship.

I understand that they might have issues with their issuer bank. But stopping refunds and postponing them indefinitely is unacceptable. They shut down the service and are now refusing to process refunds, claiming they will pay them once operations resume — which may never happen. At the same time, their refund policy clearly states that refunds are processed within 5 business days. This is a direct contradiction of their own terms and a complete disregard for customers.
Update 16.12:
Despite the support team publicly promising in the comments under my review that the refund would be processed, no refund has been received to this day. This strongly suggests that these promises are empty and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the service. At this point, it increasingly looks like PayWithMoon has effectively scammed its users.

The refund was reversed, and I received an email stating that I must re-submit the refund request, this time requiring KYC verification. It’s important to note that none of the sections in their ToS or Privacy Policy — which they reference in the email — state that KYC is required in order to receive a refund.
This appears to be yet another serious violation and an obvious attempt to introduce additional obstacles for users, likely to delay refunds as much as possible.

My cards worked almost flawlessly for a long time, and the transactions were smooth, up until recently. I saw that all my cards were canceled due to their platform going "offline".
I did get the refund for the outstanding balance, but I would've liked it if the service were more reliable.
Woke one morning and my cards were canceled. I contacted their customer service, someone responded and said they are experiencing issues and they don't know when it will be fixed, and she asked me to do a refund, which I did, and only for me not to get my refund credited to me over 72 hours now
