Really really poor and even worse I pay…

Really really poor and even worse I pay for the premium service! I unfortunately have been going round and round for the last 6 weeks and still no further forward on both complaints. Raised a chargeback due to a scam website (yes my own fault) battled to get that arranged but was told it had been raised, the vendor has 30 days to respond and if they didn’t it will be closed in my favour and a refund issued. Chased yesterday to be reassured it will be actioned right away as soon as it hits midnight. Chased again today and have been told no they are only today initiating the chargeback and the vendor has a further 30 days to refund me 🤯 how can I be lied to on so many occasions and how can a responsible regulated company allow a scam company to retain funds for so long. Appalling service with cut and paste responses which are completely inaccurate anyway! £200 out of pocket still, was relying on the refund and now I’m expected to wait a further 30-45 days. Won’t even go into my other complaint however anytime you use the card for pay now, screenshot to prove you’ve activated the card or they won’t add the cash back and will claim you didn’t activate despite literally being redirected from Zilch to the vendor after clicking activate now. They can’t explain that one either surprisingly! For days I’ve been asking for a manager to contact me and a complaint to be raised but nothing. Just chat after chat being closed on me.
