Nervously went for a tour but immediately put at ease. Worries were addressed and I’m about to have some personal trainer sessions to get me started.
The gym is local and has everything I need. Welcome at reception was great - friendly and helpful.

Gym is really good all the staff are helpful on the desk some of the music not to my taste... Got good gym equipment but some of it needs maintaining better and there is no lock on one of the toilet doors sauna and ice bath is brilliant

it is a great experience and im thoroughly enjoying, The staff on the desk are always helpful, the gym equipment is class and the areas are always clean.
No weights are left out on machines.
The changing rooms and toilets are clean, plus the people there are chatty and helpful if you need anything .

Great gym, atmosphere is great, staff are lovely, equipment is great quality and music is great.
Use of the spa area is always clean and up to standard.

Love this gym, loads of great equipment, friendly staff, proper hot sauna and ice cold plunge. Would be perfect if changing rooms were a little bigger but other than that it's spot-on.

Not your typical “don’t care about you, just care about your money” gym.
Friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE, helpful staff who genuinely care about your wellbeing and supporting you to achieve your goals.
Excellent facilities, a vast array of equipment, and great atmosphere.
Great choice for beginners and experienced people of all ages and abilities.
Highly recommended and worth travelling that extra mile or two.

Overall this is a very good gym. There is a very comfortable lounge area with high quality supplements. The equipment is top tier and there is plenty of place between the equipment for personal space. Atmosphere is very friendly & hardworking. A lot of knowledgeable members of staff/people that provide good advice too.

If your in the South Wales area or are
happy to travel then get yourselves down to the place that started it all for me. You will not be disappointed! Without PB Gym I wouldn’t be here today. I’ve trained here since they opened their doors back in 2020. This gym has such an incredible atmosphere along with insane bits of kit. The staff are a credit to the place along with the owners.

Before joining this gym I found myself in a dark place with no purpose to move forward. I knew I wanted to change my life, I wanted to lose weight and gain strength so I knew there was no reason in my mind not to join.

Words don’t even come close to how honoured and proud I feel to have been given the opportunity to be a part of such an incredible place that feels like home.

PB Gym has not only given me a new lease of life but it’s saved my life. This place is a credit to the community hands down.

Amazing facility with great customer service

The whole place is amazing, atmosphere, equipment, the staff and the sauna are all awesome. Great place to keep healthy.

Really Amazing Gym , 10/10 would recommend, first gym thats actually made me feel comfortable and happy to go outside and go train rather than stay indoors and sit on my computer.
