Price and delivery were great
Price and delivery were great. I had a problem registering the program and a tech rep registered it for me while on the phone. There was no immediate response when I called tech, just music. Kind of weird system of service.

No refund on non activated key code.
I found my key code from the original purchase of the computer. I didn’t activate the one I bought from you. I tried to get the refund you plaster all over your product. Was denied a full refund. “Tom” requested my order number and has not gotten back to me. I will not go quietly into the night if you don’t refund my money. Companies customer service should do better. It’s not the money for me. It’s the freaking principle. Some people can’t afford 30$. I’m not surprised. You could do much better than 80% refund. Never saw that mentioned in you ad.

MS Office 2021 Professional
Ordering process for MS Office 2021 was quick and easy. There was a slight glitch when I didn't receive the activation key for my product. So I used PC Master online chat and the person that helped me was amazing! In no time at all they got me the key and then stayed online with me to ensure the SW downloaded and activated properly. Needless to say, I'll be ordering future SW from PC Master!

Based on the email that you have sent us we understand that you have placed an order through your phone but you can use your computer in order to download the software on it. Or use another device download it upload installation media and move it to your laptop or burn it on a disc there multiple options on how you can do it. Please contact us through chat phone or email once again. We never heard back from you.
