Great service. Had a laptop that had a faulty screen that failed to be fixed at another local repair shop. Turned out the problem was very specific but was recognised straight away by Tony. I was please to find this company after seeking a trustworthy repair shop to fix my Asus ZenPad tablet and Garmin Nuvi Sat Nav, both suffering from having charging port faults.
Approaches to other shops closer to where I live proved very disappointing in the lack of customer service: some claiming they could fix anything, LOL, but clearly would *attempt* anything if you paid them enough, and some not even responding to emails. But when it came to the email responses and advice from the PC Express shop in Manchester, I experienced a first class level of customer service before I was committed to any repair work: the advice about the difficulty and cost effectiveness of the repairs was first class and it allowed me to make an informed decision about my options.
