I have been dealing with Bella on getting some prototypes built, sent components because they could not source them. They lost components and now want me to send more. Their communication is horrible, and they do not send responses to questions, they just read what they want and respond with photos and arrows, Customer support is horrible. will be looking elsewhere for ALL our PCB needs and PCB assembly services. Sorry you just lost $500K in sales because of your horrible customer service and responses

PCBWay makes it possible. For years I had problems competing. Now with their high quality low prices I get projects that I could not before. The boards are made the way I need them to be. If I have any problem, they overcome it for me. These people at PCBWay will NEVER leave you stranded.

I have used PCBWay many times now, and I have never had any complains. I use PCBWay both professional and for personal projects, and I have orderet more than 30 different PCBs. If any error with the uploaded data, I quickly receive an responce with the issue.

In my first order I send the wrong pcb file by accident. 10 minutes after a wrote a email with the correct file I received a reaction that everthing would be corrected. And realy true: 1,5 week later I received 125 pieces of the correct PCB !; very good quality en correctly shipped. No complains what so ever.

Last month I bought 50 PCBs from PCBWay. I have to say the quality of these boards are lovely so does the price.

Although the quality is not what you expect in an iPhone, but it is almost perfect.
Moreover, the support people are very responsive.
I once noticed an error in the production, and I told them about it. They immediately looked into it and reproduced it and sent it to me free of charge.
In summary, they are a very good to deal with.

I've had many good experiences with PCBway, the problem is they have no complaint escalation process. Complaints always go back to your account manager, there's absolutely no way to contact your account manager's boss, or to change your account manager... so you get stuck in a loop. I get over $20k of electronics manufactured each year, so they should provide an independent complaints manager... I'm now looking for an alternative supplier with the right management structure...

Have been using them for years, tens of thousands dollars and I can confirm: good customer service, attention to details. They found dead traces on the product that has been manufactured in 3 other facilities for 4 years and no one noticed them before. BOM discrepancies always highlighted and double checked with me. I love my rep Angell - we are talking thru the weekend and she stays up late - that makes time difference less noticeable.
We had some issues in the process, no one is perfect, but overall I have not had anyone doing a better job and doing it consistently.

Good UI and checkout pages and very easy to upload. Instant reply and cheap.

Here I leave my comment from my first order at PCBWay. I ordered some simple circuits on PCBWay because I needed a big quantity. Everything was simple, fast and cheap. Package was delivered in time with DHL. Even though the PCB that I ordered was easy, I was surprised by the good quality. Silkscreen quality is better than from many expensive european companies.
However, there's one thing that you should keep in mind when ordering PCB from China. It's that depending on your country, you might have to pay TAX during delivery. I ordered for approx 100euros of PCB and got 30euros of TAX to pay. But even with the tax, the price is 10 times cheaper than if I had to order from an european company.

I have used PCBWay a couple of times so far, for 2 and 4 layer pcb,assembly service.I am very happy with their fast and competitive quotes. They offer good quality turnkey solutions, with quick turn time.The technical support is excellent, with up front clarification of obsolescence and lead time issues.
The plating is excellent and the boards soldered easily. The boards are clean and tidy and look very professional. Dirty Boards uploading was easy to use, Now only $5 for 10cm x 10cm boards,assembly $88/10 pcs and free stencil. They delivered more boards than they promised (12 rather than 10). To cap it all, the boards are nice looking! When I need a PCB prototype or assembly manufacturer, I won’t hesitate to use them again!

Never have had any problems and have bought hundreds of cob from them they are just as good as any were else.

I had PCBway make me 5 prototype boards and everyone was great. I went ahead and ordered 100 of the same boards. Took another two months to get them to reconfirm the specs for the build. Finally they finished the build and 24 of the 100 boards did not work. I contacted them and ask for a partial refund. I was told about a month ago they would look into it but have not heard anything back. All around PCBway has been terrible to deal with, if you can find somewhere else to take your business i suggest you do so, even if it cost a little more.

I've placed an order to build a PCB and a full prototype with surface mount components. PCBway had a pretty good price for the full assembly and the quality of the items received was pretty good. Their customer service was very communicative during the process including sending me pictures of the final assembly before shipping.

Will use their services again for sure.

Most have been said already here, got myself a 10pcs order as well, for 5 bugs... I was worried, since it's a first for me, creating a circuit, that I possibly messed up the dimensions of everything (and I basically didn't know anything about what could be done and what couldn't). So after fiddeling around with Fritzing, I asked through their live chat if my design fits the rules for the 5 dollar sale. They replied to me saying that I should send them my geber files to a email address that they provided me with. And I got a response within minutes that my design was perfectly fine! So in the end, I ordered 10 of them (a bit overkill, don't need that much, but it's nice to have extra's in case that I would mess up something). I had to pay an extra 12~13 euros for the e-packet shipping method, which is reasonable. I couldn't track the packet when it arrived in my country, the tracking worked only in China. My order took around 11 days to fabricate and around 7 days to ship, which is reasonable as well. I will probably order here again if I want to create something with to much components to do by hand on a perf board :D). Quality of the pcb is in my opinion great, but hey, I am a beginner who's ding this kind of thing for the first time, so what can I say about such thing, right ^^. They do look 10 times better and more sturdy than ones I found in cheap electronic devices from china, so thats a plus!

For simple, single or double sided, low technology, boards they are good.
Generally, they get the orders correct and ship quickly by DHL but on one occasion I have had them send two batches of one board and none of the other design. This week, I've spent 3 days trying to get files uploaded and approved so I will look elsewhere now as timing is important to me.

PCBWay are probably at their best for prototyping ideas that you've had in your head and want to try but are not urgent. The strategy I use for prototyping is to send them maybe 5 or 6 designs and combine postage, this gets the costs of the boards down to an incredibly low level. Hobbyists would find their services excellent. For professional or volume production use I would be inclined to look somewhere else.

I ordered 5 pcbs for $5 from PCBWay. They were made and shipped within a couple of days and then arrived via DHL in another couple of days!

The quality of the PCBs was excellent, even with tiny QFN packages! I also ordered a steel stencil for about $15.

They were in contact the whole time about the validity of the gerber files I submitted.

So, PCBWay is by far the best, cheapest and quickest PCB house I have used so far!

Ordered a specific panelisation of some boards we needed fabricating. Customer service was extremely quick in making the few adjustments I requested and were brilliant at verifying all of the data before fabrication. Website works seamlessly and lets you see the progress of your boards. Quick turnaround, great value, highly recommended!
