What is kind of good web hosting /domain name company only provides customer support M-F? Hello!!! Website and domain name problems occur and need help 24/7 .
We had a domain forwarding problem because their website instructions weren't very clear in the first place. We opened a ticket on Thursday afternoon. Only received a generic auto response email and have heard nothing since we opened the support ticket. This is Saturday afternoon, we can't get a hold of them by phone and their online chat is only a robot. And our problem is still not resolved!
I would never recommend a hosting or domain company like this to my clients.

Their service was always good and reliable. But i registered all new domains at transip since 2019. Due to multiple issues with their financial department and support.

The support staff of PC Extreme is extremely helpful whenever you have an issue. There are clear instructions to help you along. And even if you get stuck, the support team is always there and do their best to help you out. They are quick in their respons time. Recommend them highly.

I have been with pcextreme for many years. Rarely a malfunction and if there is one, it is neatly repaired.
I had asked them to turn two web hosting packages with two different domain names into one, whereby one had to keep the mail active and the other the website. This was already done within a few hours. Everything is arranged quickly and well done with clear communication.
