Sketchy AF! I saw a payment that went through in my checking account so they had access to my debit card information. I never heard or nor purchased anything from this company. My bank refunded me for the payment and sent me a new debit card due to them apparently having my information.

I have a lifetime licence for "PC Cleaner". Tried to buy the add-on product "Driver Updater" for lifetime at 99,9euro, but the shopping card showed 148,97 !!! FALSE.
As none of the instructions I got made any sense, it seems the only way I can activate this is by phoning the alleged company and then letting somebody into my laptop to do this, No way! This is a scam. BEWARE!
Pchelpsoftwr.com are rogue traders. Purchased 12 months cover for updating my computer drivers. My computer went into BITLOCKED mode and was not usable. Had driver update software removed and now working. Because it was remotely installed I can't get my subscription fee refunded. Do not purchase anything from this company as they are untrustworthy and will try to talk you into further purchases to protect your computer. If you have Windows 11 it will keep you updated automatically.
I have never had any dealings with Pchelpsoftwr.com. Yesterday £33 was taken from my account without my authorisation. I sent an email to the so-called company as their phone lines were not working neither their VA. I have had no response. I contacted my bank who refunded me and said they are sending details to their security department as it looks like fraud. This is a scam.
