I used pCloud for years as a backup storage I use other platforms for really important images to me to ensure I never loose them, started getting upgrade email I ignored as had plenty of storage remaining but after constant harassment i decided to remove the most important images from there freeing even more space to which I got an email stating I’d exceeded my limit and my images would be deleted at random in the next 14 days if I didn’t upgrade…that’s so unprofessional and holding me to ransom if you don’t pay more we will destroy your items I had loads of space and had removed images not added so I’ve removed all and deleted I will not be blackmailed or forced avoid, I heard bad things of others now I see it first hand

The site was glitching while I was signing up and kept refreshing. My building society instantly blocked my card for safety. The site now won't let me delete my account and keeps refreshing in the same manner. Potential scammers - avoid.

I had been using pCloud for awhile, and found it to be extremely easy to use and it provides most of what I would like in a Cloud service. But when I installed pCloud Drive on my new Pop_OS machine, I ran into some problems.
A message to pCloud technical support describing the problem led to a very fast response -- the root cause of the problem was most likely in an incompatibility between the Pop_OS GUI and pCloud Drive. But they also provided a solution.
There is a command-line pCloud interface available for Linux (pcloudcc). Since I would actually prefer that to a GUI, I gave it a try. The instructions were very clear and correct, and in a short time I was up and running with a robust interface to pCloud.

The service works generally fine. I am not picky with servers speed, which seems to be an issue but for me that's OK. What is not OK is the support. I have an issue. No chat support. Just e-mail. Explained the issue they asked me for a video showing it. It's not possible to send attached files in their web form for support. And I can't send a video by e-mail, file is too large. Plus, this took place yesterday and didn't hear from them since then.

I have paid 2 years ago 500€ for unlimited business plan. This year I was also invoiced 500€ debited automatically and I only get 144gb as storage.
This company never told me the changes and do not provide a solution . I have paid more than 1000€ for oblyn144gb.

pCloud is a solid cloud storage solution, but my 5 stars are mostly for the excellent customer support I received.
Alex from pCloud customer support was very helpful in resolving my issue. He devoted a lot of his time until everything was perfect.

I have been a be PCloud customer for over five years. Initially I had a free account but two years ago I upgraded 4.5 TB. The service is fast and reliable, the interfaces of the various apps are easy to understand and simple to manipulate. They have a fantastic function which is called The Time Machine which allows you to return to an earliest date of your account. The support service is simply excellent: you cannot call them but they respond to emails mostly within minutes, and the best possible manner. I have encountered a couple of problems due to manipulation errors on my side and the longest is took to resolve the issue was 24 hours. Highly recommended!

After giving 1 star, I've been contacted by support. Chris was really kind and patient. The service can still be bettered especially in the user-friendliness and clarity about where your files are backed up and how to continuosly backup your machine AND being able to create links for sharing files, but it works ok. Nothing incredible though. 99 euros, barely worth it.

I believe PCloud do not have their customers interests at heart. Not long after creating my account and using it purely as cloud storage, I started receiving phishing emails sent to the same email address I used for PCloud and designed specifically to target PCloud users. I sent an email to PCloud support explaining the issue I was experiencing and didn't receive a reply of any kind. It makes me wonder if there isn't a state actor funding this organisation, who's sole purpose is to suck people into exposing their data.

I've been using pCloud for more than 4 years. It's been a reliable cloud storage over this time except for one major flaw, the time it takes to move files out of pCloud. As an example, I tried transferring a 10Gb file yesterday and it took 1 full day to transfer to my external hard drive. I contacted pCloud customer service recently to ask if they'll ever fix the slow uploads speed, here's the response: "pCloud is a file syncing service that doesn't support external drives/USBs"...so no.
A bypass I've learned is to first transfer the file to my PC downloads folder then transfer to the hard drive (3 hours for pCloud to transfer to downloads folder, 2 minutes for my PC to then copy file to hard drive).
Because this upload speed issue wastes so much of my time, I really regret buying a lifetime plan with pCloud. I'll be buying cloud storage elsewhere going forwards

many of my documents have been lost and I don't know why. I uploaded diverse folders and after that deleted them on my computer. now when I try to open them on cloud these folders are empty. Moreover the website has a bad design and sucks - wouldn't recommend

I finally found the cloud where I don't need to worry about my data loss anymore. I have been using their services for around a year and am satisfied with the ease of use and the security features. I highly recommend PCloud to anyone in need of a trustworthy cloud storage service and some of my relatives have already started using it. I would be happy to see some visual improvements to their mobile app (Android), otherwise, I'm happy to have a lifetime subscription with PCloud.

Finally, I found my cloud server publisher... Had some issues, contacted support, they answered very fast, even on Sundays. The costs are average, but the Apps and software are very easy to use, easyer then what I gad before.
Server speed and bandwidth to them are fast (in my opinion). Everything is fast uploaded (and downloaded).
Why 4 Stars?
They are two areas in your account which are showing your subscription and what kind of subscription you have. In one of that area it shows a refunded lifetime subscription/purchase, in the other area it says I don't have a subscription anymore...
Support told me with my account is everything fine. It refers to the encryption
I will give 5 stars
- when the time runs out and my crypted folder and settings will be deleted
- and in all parts of my account it shows that I don't have any lifetime purchases anymore.

PCloud allowed someone to use my email address and create a account. They will not remove the account. Everyday I receive many emails saying someone is attempting to get in. I never, ever received a verification to verify the account. I have complained many times. They told me I need to write a request for them to close the account. Why the H should I write them to request something I did not do. Who would do business with such a shady flaky scamming azz bussiness. I would not advise anyone, anywhere to do business with them. Since writing this they want to pretend they need to investigate and need more information. I have emailed them time after time and the same ol action. How many times do they need me to tell them the same ol story. Then the trust pilot say I have two days or it might be removed. There are other places like BBB. I have kissed their booboos and now I'm the problem? They need more information to continue to ignore me. No one should be given a account and the address has not been verified. I never even received a request to verify my address. Do Better!

I'm not tech savy infact completly the oposite I have just landed back from 2 weeks holiday and took an older comp ( just in case) I update my Excel every day and when I got back my old laptop has given up the ghost ( feck it everything gone) but then it dawned on me that I had even by some miracle put my old lappy on PCloud and everything was just there for me to download thankyou and for just a one-off payment you would be crazy not to have some form of cloud storage and I'm ecstatic that I picked PCloud

Cannot log in, do not receive verification codes.
Pcloud says they have sent them to me, but nothing. I added them to my address book and still nothing. And when I ask for un update, crickets. I've used them for many years and all of a sudden, their support has vanished. Not good when clients are waiting for their files. Bad.
