Tech support was great. Jae stayed with me and walked me through the process of creating a Windows 10 startup USB and downloading and installing Windows 10.

Program downloaded but it would not open and the key did not work. Even my computer expert could not get it to work. I have written PC Masters 4 times and they have not responded. They will not refund my $38.99 I spent on their program.

I purchase a license for Windows 10 pro, i too was emailed a license that i could not activate it says this license has been used before. They refused to answer my email , at the end we contacted Microsoft and they as a courtesy they activated it. We use this on our laptops for our Security patrol cars. I also contacted my bank because we used a business debit card and file a fraud claim to get our money back. buy at your own risk

I purchased "Microsoft Windows 10 Professional 32/64 Bit - Life Time Valid License" from their website. Later I received an email with a link to view my order where a message stated, "Now you can download and install Windows 10 or use the key to Activate existing Windows". Using this key to activate Windows failed with the message that the key had already been used. I sent a message to their support email indicating this. They replied with "Hello Stephen" (which is not my name) stating that the key was perfectly fine and should work normally or that I would need to to use the "Activate by phone" method. I am not certain this will work as I've already activated my copy Windows by purchasing a license from PlazaSoftware.com (which has been 100% reliable without issues).

I would not recommend this website for purchasing software.

The download went off without a hitch. Used the option to create install media. The license was accepted, and our long-expired Windows 7 PC is now running Windows 10

Need help after installing and including product key. It's now back to having the activate windows.

I thought I could just enter the key but instead I needed to call a number and then have them text me a 6x8 digit code that I had to enter manually. This should be explained on the site. What happens when I need to re-install and the process has expired or the company no longer exists? If I would have known this was the method to activate the software I would have gone somewhere else.

5 stars, if I didn't have to contact Microsoft. The product key,you supplied, was for the home addition, not the pro edition, that I received. Windows 10 is now activated.

Great experience with PC Masters. I worked with them through both email and chat. Phone is an option too. I didn't try it but I'm guessing that would be a great experience as well. Email support got back to me quickly with the info I requested. And then Alexander when online chatting went above and beyond to get us back up and running. I don't leave reviews often but had to this time.

i used to do my own computer tweaking, but had a bad headache spell that disabled me and its hard to think at times. the guys at PC Masters walked me through all my many issues, and got me up and running. my laptop was so outdated, slow and almost, can compare to, a bad headache day, but staff and support was patient and knowledgeable. i'm so happy to have my old laptop acting normal again.
