My husband did a free online motor PCP check with them as well as another company. He completed their questionnaire and when he realised that he’d accidentally signed up( he’s partially sighted) , he cancelled his claim. We’ve now received a bill from them for over £1400 for tasks undertaken for our claim. Our claim would have been for £700 at most. Total scammers.AVOID

Done an online "FREE" check about claiming car finance only to get a bill for over 1k for not wanting them to proceed!! Had 14 days to pay. Bloody joke

I am very concerned I saw a link re check for pcp car loan claims and completed their online form. I wasn’t sent a confirmation email. Just a statement that it may take several weeks to sort the claim. Given they have taken personal infomation and don’t have a strong web for print I feel they should have sent a confirmation they could claim my money and diaper. They’re link on trust pilot is also broken and they don’t have a phone number I am worried I have been scammed
