I purchased a Microsoft Office product from them. At first attempt to activate it online, the activation was denied by Microsoft because the product key had already been activated too many times. I then tried to activate using the phone method. During the call to Microsoft, the robot asked if they could send the activation link via text. I agreed, and they sent it. Using the link, I got the same denial for the same reason. I then tried the the phone activation again, but this time declined the text link. I spoke the product key numbers at the voice prompt, and this time the activation was successful. So, be sure to use the voice activation only whenever you purchase a Microsoft Office product, and your purchase will be successful.

Ordered Office home and student 2021. One of the reasons I ordered here was because they had a phone # on their website. Ordering was easy and emails came as expected. The key code did not work. Called the phone # and they called microsoft for me and activated it. While I ordered home and student I got the pro version that had other things which I thought was interesting. At the end of the day, I just wanted word and excel and it works. I am not doing office 365 and paying some monthly fee. For $30 I am happy.

Some minor issues - went to chat and in 2 minutes all was corrected. Very good sevice

Windows 11 pro key worked as expected. Just needed to go through the activation process by entering the 8 codes generated and then confirmed that through the MS link sent via sms text. Over all very happy. ty ty ty.

The install did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. I sent one email to tech support with some info and screenshots of the issue and they had it up and running in 20 minutes with no additional info from me. Can't ask for much better than that.
