My experience with PCS Legal was extremely poor. Emails were regularly ignored, and after completion they stopped responding altogether.

On the day of completion I was hit with over £3,000 in additional charges. I was also forced to pay service charges relating to the seller's ownership because PCS Legal failed to resolve the issue beforehand. After completion, they offered no help recovering the money.

I complained to their Client Care Team, who admitted the service was poor and offered £120.80 compensation. I accepted, provided my bank details, and they still haven't paid it.

After 34 years living in the UK, this has been the worst customer service I have personally experienced from any company. I would not recommend PCS Legal, as I would feel liable for increase in unnecessary mental trauma of the recipient.

Data harvesting is a real concern as they want to know more than is reasonable for alleged A.M.L for the bankers....

Just buy privately without conveyancers and banksters.

I was really pleased with the professional caring attitude I was shown by Miles F, and moreso his co-worker Edward W and the MCF Team. The portal where I upload documents, sent messages and kept abreast of what was going on, was fairly easy to navigate. All my questions were answered promptly, thanks Edward and any nervy anxious moments associated with house sale were removed, professional and nothing seemed too much. Thank you to all, and having not sold a property for over 28 years I was amazed how smooth they made things. Transparent and informative, and fees and costs more than reasonable...a good experience
