I approached Professional CV as I was seeking to update my current CV. With limited experience of CV’s I didn’t particularly know where to begin however I was assigned Sarah who completely put me at ease. She made contact in a timely manner and we had a consultation on the phone where she was extremely helpful and understanding to my situation and adapted her style accordingly. Sarah clearly is very knowledgeable and couldn’t be more helpful. My updated CV she literally perfected in her first attempt. I’m very satisfied with the service and the price. Would highly recommend.

I am so pleased I trusted the Trustpilot reviews and did not listen to the CV Centre who tried to disuade me from using Professional CV Writing, as the service received has been simply the best. From the initial review i felt that claire had captured what was wrong with my CV (I knew it wasn't great but it was nice to be able to see why it wasn't working so clearly explained). I was very nervous about using a professional cv company to be honest but Claire and Jemma both put me at ease, and they didnt use bullying tactics like the CV centre did, or be unreachable like one of the other services i tried to engage with, so I opted for them and so glad I did.

My new CV is perfect in every way, money very well spent (I had the professional career package) and my consultant was very patient with me as I am not the most confident and english isnt my strong point but she took all the stress away and i am so happy.
