Even with the delay it took to get my phone, they responded promptly to my query as to why I still hadn't received my phone and provided me with an accurate delivery date. The phone was in perfect condition.

I had a positive experience with PDA Plaza shipping my phone from China. The support team was responsive replying to my inquiries within a few hours. The device arrived a few days past the estimated timeline, but I expected that given the international shipping. It was delivered brand new and in pristine condition and I was pleasantly surprised that they included an adapter to match my local wall plugs. I highly recommend buying from them, just be prepared for a slight delay with shipping.

I bought two phones from them and wireless headphones. The headphones stopped working after 8 months, and they said that in order to be fixed I have to send them in China for repairs and that is going to cost me more than a half of new headphones. So don't buy from them if you want to have a working warranty.

Shipping took longer than expected and I ended up with a different colour of the same model in the end. Customer service did a good job sorting everything out and explaining things.

I bought two iPhone 14 pros in 2022. In 2023, I received only one of the two, but the other one was not shipped for quite a long time, so I canceled only one. They said they would refund immediately, but the refund has not yet been made.

I wrote about my situation on the review page here on October 19, 2023. Then PDA Plaza said that the package had not been delivered because FedEx had lost it, but that they would refund me immediately. However, in reality, I have not been refunded, and when I contacted FedEx, they said that the package was not even handed over from PDA plaza to FedEx in the first place.

I still haven't given up on getting a refund.
I would like a refund right now.

Saved $300 over most other sellers. Had to wait a bit longer for delivery due to Chinese New year. Good place to shop if you can wait for your delivery and keep in mind the delivery date quoted for each item is in business days. Item arrived safely and well packaged.

The delivery is long, but I am happy, the product is rare so it is not surprising that it is more difficult to get than expected

I order the razor 50 in sand beach color which is not available in Canada. Glad I found PDAplaza, cause you can finally own a unique phone that not in the North America Market. Although the usual wait time is longer than expected, took about 4 weeks for my phone to arrived. It's all worth it ! Good things come to those who wait 🫸🫷 definitely shopping again with PDAplaza
