We solicited several surveyors to use for our proposed purchase. Through our interactions we decided to go with PDC based on Martina’s no pressure approach, her open and honest advice as well as her customer first attitude. We were not disappointed. When the survey was completed Paddy and Martina walked my wife and me through their findings and gave us the information we needed in an easy to understand way. This allowed us to make the right decision for not only our immediate needs and wants but for the future. Fantastic service provided by Martina & Paddy. We went for the option in which Paddy walked us around the property and covered any issues he had come across. Extremely thorough and it was a great insight to the property that we definitely would have over looked. PDC chartered surveyors did a great survey on garage works I had done by a cowboy builder. All went to court, the judge went by the report drawn up by Patrick.
