I would strongly suggest avoiding this company. My mother was sent a link to a single PDF which she was happy to pay the £0.50 for not realising that she was signing up to a subscription service. She was charge nearly £40 two days later. I've since stepped in and helped her cancel the sub. I phoned up and spoke to customer service who after acknowledging the sub was cancelled and no use of the service had been made, refused to offer a refund and hung up the phone. I called back asking to make a complaint, once again they hung up. The third person 'escalated' to the billing team who obviously never got back to me.

I was charged €39.90 for a subscription…
I was charged €39.90 for a subscription that doesn’t exist. I used this service only once and paid €0.50. Shortly after, I was charged €39.90 for a subscription I never signed up for.
There is no login, no account dashboard, and no way to manage or even view this so-called subscription — because it simply doesn’t exist.
I never gave consent for any recurring charge, nor did I receive any confirmation email. This is completely unacceptable.
I have contacted customer support and I expect a full and immediate refund. Judging by similar experiences shared by others, this seems to be a recurring issue. Be very careful before using this service

Same as all the other one star reviews, they make you pay 50c for what you think is a one and go operation and then, days later, they charge you 40 euros a month for a service that doesn't exist because after the first time it doesn't make you login anymore and the reset password doesn't work.
All the good reviews here seems botted and not real so be aware. The only way to unsubscribe is to go to the footer (scroll down all the way) and click on the "termination" line. It took me a while because the site makes it very hard for you to find it.
It feels like they're trying every way to scam you but in a legal way.

i have payed 0.50p for a pdf and the next day they charged me £39.10 without any of my consent and my bank luckily notified me about this unauthorised payment dan blocked any further payments to these scammers and LITERALLY A DAY LATER THEY TOOK MONEY OUT AGAIN BY CHANGING THEIR MERCHANT NAME SO A FRAUD INVESTIGATION IS GOING ON AGAINST THEM.

They are scamming people offering a 50p service but in small print it signs you up to a £40 a month subscription you will be charged for in 2 days. I contacted the company as soon as I seen the charge and I was told its clear and my fault so no refunds. Scum bags, most good review fake. Check every bad review says same thing as me. I COULDNT SIGN IN OR RECOVER MY PASSWORD TO STOP THAT UNTIL I FOUND A LINK THAT YOU PUT YOUR EMAIL AND THEN YOU UNSUBSCRIBE.
I was calling them and they were hanging up.
I couldn’t recognise the payment on my bank app, it was a weird name
