It is not clearly stated that it is a subscription! I wanted 1 document that I paid for and it was never delivered after calling their help line twice in a day both operators stated it would be sent to my email! no document was ever sent and no refund was given!

SCAM!
SCAM!! I only wish to convert one document and was told this would be 50p and 2 days later they took £29.90 out my bank account! When requesting a refund , they refused! It is not clearly stated that this is a monthly subscription when converting just the one document , disgusting company!!!!

Well and truely conned !! Went onto this site to go print out a self…
Went onto this site to print out a self certificated sick note somehow got locked into a contract and charged me £29.90, and didnt get the sick note ! phoned them straight away cancelled whatever I got locked into to get my £29.90 refunded and was told I couldn't get me money refunded !! SO NO HEATING FOR ME THIS WEEK , thanks pdf-pro!!!! I rang number in your reply they were no help at all , would have liked a refund !!
