I love the product! Easy to use and versatile. My issue comes with the billing. I was not told until AFTER I had done my work that I would be billed for a "free pdf editor". I did like the control... See more

Thank you guys for creating such a easy self-explanatory app. It was really easy to use and the pricing was perfect for only having a couple documents I needed signed for my taxes.

Site does not disclose that you must pay after you edit your document so I did the trial. Immediately after editing my document I canceled to avoid being billed again. Well they billed me anyway to the tune of just under $50. I emailed 17 times in a row as they replied each time telling me how great the service is and after finally stating to them in all caps NO please refund, the stopped responding at all. Now I’m forced to cancel my card, dispute the charge and wait for a new debit card! Such a scam! Don’t trust the trial! Once they have your card you’re going to get billed! And good luck getting it back!

Company is a complete scam, do not give them your money. Support is non existent and never replies. I just wanted to download a pdf I edited and it asked me to pay for a membership (also said money back guarantee which support completely ghosted). And when I paid for that membership, it told me I still had to pay to download it and it made me buy and even higher membership that STILL would not let me download the pdf. It also charged my card for a whole year of the subscription over a month later after I had already cancelled. Their support completely ignored my issue and did not respond, and I had to go through my bank to get a refund. This company is a scam DO NOT give them your money.
