The Japanese text

When I entered Japanese text into the PDF and converted it, only the Japanese parts were not reflected.

It seems that Japanese is not properly supported, so I think this should be improved.

As for customer support, I’m satisfied because they refunded the money I paid.

Waste of effort

They dont revel that their service is payable. After you spend a lot of time and effort in uploading and sending the content , they collect your email ID . The payment link appears at the end. Dont trust them

Pdfaid.com is a fraud. They automatically deduct charges under a secret subscription agreement. 39usd we're deducted from my account which I want refunded as I didn't subscribe.

Scam company that automatically…

Scam company that automatically switches you from a weekly $1 plan to a yearly $40 plan and charges you without your consent. They create artificial problems with cancelling the subscription and offer to freeze the payment instead. If you try to cancel the subscription, you will see how intentionally unclear they have made the cancellation process.

Do not use the services of these scammers!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I used this website ONE TIME on March 16 just to edit a simple PDF and paid the small one-time fee shown at checkout. I never knowingly subscribed to any monthly membership or recurring plan.

A few days later they charged me €29 without my clear consent, and then charged another €29 again the next month.

I have sent multiple emails and have been completely ignored. No customer support, no explanation, no refund.

This feels extremely deceptive. Be very careful before entering your payment details on this website because what looks like a cheap one-time PDF edit can suddenly turn into recurring charges you never clearly agreed to.

I am already pursuing chargebacks through my bank/PayPal and have reported the matter to IC3.

JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Update: After repeated emails and dispute attempts, the company has now refunded the full amount.

That said, the experience was still frustrating because the charges were unclear to me, customer support was initially unresponsive, and I had to escalate the issue myself before getting a resolution.

Although I received a refund in the end, I would still recommend using a different website for these kinds of services.
