Been using PDF Candy for a couple of years and have been very satisfied. Very easy to use. I recently upgraded to a new computer and needed customer support to help renew my license key so that I could transfer the program. Customer support was fabulous, and they quickly helped me renew the license and get back up and running.

very bad, telling me its free but have to pay. after that paid for it for premium its sucks i have not got acces and no customer support

It keeps your document after conversion. You cannot delete file you uploaded unless you pay them by signing up. Its dishonest not to reveal this before uploading file. Text file only use to be PDF download.
Service is free and does work.

Three times I converted the same pdf file to be edited on this website, it took me a very long time to do. When you done your hard work editing you export the file for it to then tell you "something went wrong, start over again" all my effort and hard work deleted. Absolutely rubbish website. The comments below are probably bots. I highly recommend not to use this website if you value your time.

For the second time in 4 years, I had to request support from the Ice Cream Apps team urgently after a breakdown on my computer because Candy Desktop Pro was out of service (This time it was an electrical incident caused by lightning). The response was fast and accurate each time and I was able to use the software again immediately. It is important to be able to count on fast and efficient support. Thanks to the support team!

Look, I loved the web experience with PDF Converter. But it's just not for me at the moment, so I asked for a refund and they gave it to me without any questions and that deserves a 5 star review for sure!

The program is great in one package all the necessary functions to generate, merge, split pdf files.
With PDF CANDY the pdf is no longer a problem

I purchased for sole purpose of resizing pages on my 106 MB document after reading that PDFCandy supports up to 500 MB per doc. When I went to work on it, I received "exceeds 100MB limit" msg. Attempts for cancellation and reimbursement are proving FUTILE!

I've been using the software for about 2 years and it does almost everything I can ask. When upgrading to a new laptop I had an issue that was easily corrected within a day. Recovered being able to use my Pro version, quickly.

Hi, product itself works well, intuitive. When I needed to replace my PC (and therefore transfer my license), I contacted their support who were quick, clear and helpful - perfect!

PDF Candy notifies me there is an upgrade (I paid for a LIFETIME key). I download and install it. It was not a "upgrade", it was a bait and switch (pay more money for your "lifetime" upgrade key). I buy lifetime updates because I don't rent software.

Awesome program! I never had to use tech support until I upgraded systems.
Me: upgraded from a gen3 CPU and win7 to gen9 CPU and win10. Load operating system and start re-installing support apps.
PDF Candy- installed would not take the license key.
Emailed tech support. Tech support says uninstall from old computer (Already ripped the motherboard and hard drive out).
Me: can't. motherboard and drive have been removed.
Tech Support: Ok.. License reset! Thank you!
Me: installed license, back to normal!
Boom! Done!

I have used a purchased version of desktop pdfcandy for over a year. I have found it reliable and very very useful.

After flickering power during California's rains, I had to reinstall Windows and lost all my apps. pdfcandy's support teams were very helpful and I was able to reinstall the app without having to pay again. Thanks!
