Expensive
I have been charged a monthly subscription fee of $50 without my intention to subscribe to any paid plan. This appears to have been activated without my clear awareness, and the service has been of no use to me. I had intended to request a refund instead but did not receive one. Please cancel the subscription immediately and process a refund for the recent charge.
