It is not free and they are liars

Disingenuous "Free" online PDF Editing
pdfiller will allow you to upload your pdf and spend time carrying out your editing. That's all good. It's when you want to download the edited file that things get sneaky. First, you find that you have to create an account, THEN you have to sign up to a free trial of one of 3 types of paid accounts!! I hastily fled this lowlevel scam.

Customer service was nice. The product is great. But the "Free Trial" language is misleading. They say you wont get charged, but you will, "for verification". Which is fine, its not any significant amount. And if you live in the US you'll probably get it all back. But as an international customer you will loose a few cents. I just wish the language on the website BEFORE you provide payment details was clear that a transaction WILL be made on your card of choice.

easy to use. definitely convenient. The only thing I would change is be a little more transparent upfront about needing a payment on file.

I used this service during a free trial ( smooth and easy) and forgot to cancel subscription ( because I would not use it enough) and my card was charged. As soon as I told them I had my refund within ten minutes. In the world of refunds I was amazed at the quick action they took in getting me set right. Ty pdfiller. Should I ever need this kind of service you'll be top of my mind.

They offer you a free trial and after you edited your document they ask to insert your card details to access to the 30 days trial otherwise you can not download your document.
