After 1,99 Eur paid for 1 conversion, they charged me 49,99 for the first month and imediatelly send the an email for the refund and cancellation. No responses from their side. When I was charged for the second time, their customer service responded that they don't do the refund. Stay away from them!!!

reading from other reviews , once you use your card to make the one time payment to convert a document, they have all your details and days later, they claim money from your account. LEON is the guy i talked with, no help from him, The Cypress Government needs to take down to scam portal. i need back my money.

It's a scam, it charged unexpected,and no where to unsubscribe.

Used the service for the 7 day trial and paid £0.99, and cancelled straightway to avoid being charged in the future. Of course a month after using it I was charged £49.99. For some service I do not use and that said to be "Inactive" when logged into my account.

I was able to contact customer service and they did cancel my subscription. Contacted them again for a refund and have not heard from them yet. Hoping they have the decency to reply to this review as £50 is a lot of money.

Easy to use. Love doesn’t cost as much as others. Good protection.

got scammed paid an inital payment of $1.46 to convert one pdf to word in august every month since then without permission they have been taking random amounts of $75 to $77 to my account, please refund my money

I was not aware I had subscibed for a monthly service which is almost $80.00 AUD per month. If I had of known I would not have used the service. I am retired and do not require this service regularly. I had one document I wanted to re-order the pages for a friend. I paid a fee $0.99 AUD that I thought was for that service only. They did not send a reminder that a fee would be charged. I did not use the Online Service in the time I paid for. While the business replies quickly, they advised nothing could be done until a response from Paypal was finalised. I felt this was a delaying technique. They have multiple PDF businesses and are a SCAM.

They fraudulently charged me for something I didn’t order. I don’t think being constructive on this review comes in to it!

This company is a scam, I would never take a subscription out with any company I didn't know.

And I don't know if others have the same experience but debiting from my card on a Friday, hoping I guess I wouldn't notice the payment until too late

This is a scam transaction made by the company PDF Master!
I would like to file a complaint about a charge of 169 PLN that was taken from my card by the company PDF Master. On September 1st, I purchased a single service for 3.95 PLN and paid with my card. Today, 169 PLN was withdrawn from my account without my consent.
I have already filed a complaint to my bank today!

This is company uses methods to obscure the fact that you are involuntarily signing up for a subscription. There is no follow up email to confirm anything that would enable you to opt out so the free trial they sign you up to when you pay £1 to convert a single PDF, which was what I did, is followed by a them taking a payment for full subscription charged at £49.99. Its was only after seeing this as a pending payment on my online bank statement and went back into the website that I then found an invoice. This is clearly a scam site for a service that you would never pay such a subscription for. Frankly it doesn't even do a good job of converting a PDF to a Word document. Beware don't unwittingly be drawn into this same mistake.

This site delivers theft after you pay $1 they bill you more and more. Thieves

This company is an utter scam, they take money out your account without permission

We were just charged 49.99GBP for nothing.

I checked online and I see that I am not alone.

I will try to take my money back from these guys.

Complete scammers. No reply on my email, sudden 50 euro's charged from my credit card. Want money back or legal action will happen.

After purchasing the .99 cent one time PDF product I was charged $49.99 for 3 times and then a few other times again the 0.99 cent - It was not written that I would be charged this. I request to be refunded THE ENTIRE AMOUNT immediately, otherwise I will submit a legal complaint agains you with the authorities.

The stole 50 euros from me when the told me they just wanted 1 euro for their service. total scam.
I wonder if it's possible to gert a refound.

It says a free resource and when I used it made me pay 2 dollars and it didn’t even work then after few days they charge me 70 dollars and when I contacted them they said there is no refund policy also they said they send me a email regarding their subscription policy which I never received, this is a scam don’t ever trust this.

PDFLeader — or whatever name they’re using now — is not a company I would ever deal with again. I signed up for what I believed was a one-time payment, cancelled the trial immediately, and even received confirmation that I wouldn’t be charged further.

Then, out of nowhere, a £49 charge appeared on my account. This fee was never clearly disclosed, and their so-called 24/7 support is completely unresponsive — no replies to emails, and their phone number leads nowhere.

I’ve since contacted my bank and am hoping to get the refund I’m due, but the whole situation has been unnecessarily stressful.

Do your research. Check their parent company, LOPOFIRST LIMITED, as they seem to operate under different names.

Avoid at all costs.
