The mic was terrible

The mic was crappy. There was an unnecessary dongle in the box that can be easily overlooked and thrown away. Once connected, my friends said that it was muffled and echoey. Don’t buy a pdp gaming headset. Just buy a wireless one from turtlebeach.

Drive left even though he so me coming…

Drive left even though he so me coming down! He saw me in my front door and dropped the parcel back! Customer service lady was untrained and hung up the call when she was questioned about integrity of pdp service and when they are going to return. I have recorded this on my front door and on my phone and that will go online shortly.

Pure garbage 🤢

Sounds like a 10$ dollar tree mic I’ve bought maybe 2-3 of these mic’s and they were trash, sounds like your on Xbox app, Turtle beach headsets are WAY better by a long shot. In all I do have to say the sound is perfect but your voice sounds like your speaking in a plastic cup. It’s disgusting how expensive the headset is. Will not be buying again, Will be returning.

Worst customer service ever!!!

Bought a controller after 2 months stopped working,i contacted PDP about the warranty, made me follow steps etc to get it working, then asked for a photo and receipt of the item which I supplied and then stopped responding to messages, just returned it to the shop I bought it and got a full refund. very dishonest to just ignore you. Will never buy pdp again.

Worst delivery services

Worst delivery services. Received an email saying that order has been delivered yet i never received it. Then on pdp tracking site it said they sending it back to nike. Called customer services, waited for someone to answer for 21min. Finally got thro- they told me it was leaking, so they sending it back. I said it is a jacket, then they said that it was damaged by other parcel and not suitable to be delivered. I asked for a picture of proof they said I need to call nike. I said it is not nikes fault but CARL was rude and kept arguing with me and pushing the problem on to nike when nike has nothing to do with delivery. It was suppose to be a gift for my partner and now I am left with nothing. If you have an option do not ever choose pdp.

A ridiculous service.

A ridiculous service and always has been. Ordered from amazon for next day - unfortunately DPD was the delivering. Firstly lied about coming to the house, then wanted to leave the parcel with a pickup station 20 miles away, then delayed that by 5 days.

Awful

Awful, costumer service is rude, drivers don't want to deliver parcel if its large and pretend the costumer wasn't home.

I ordered a controller for the xbox one…

I ordered a controller for the xbox one on their site. Everything seemed legit until they sent ne a tracking number which i then clicked and brought me to stamps.com (scammer site). I then knew something was wrong not only from this but the fact that im still waiting 3weeks for my order. I thought i would give it some time because of the covid-19 situation but No. Turns out i was scammed.

PDP is the best!

My Afterglow Nine broke because of me, not the headset, and I emailed them. After a day they emailed me back asking if I still had the 2-year warranty, and I did. Almost immediately they replied back and told me they were shipping a new one to me. Thank you PDP support!

After a month of playing

After a month of playing, my A button has stopped working and has increasingly gotten worse. It now pushes itself and takes ages to pop back up after i press it down.

Horrible service all around

I purchased 3 covers for the back of my Xbox one controllers that have the energizer rechargeable opening. I ordered them on 23 Aug. They said that I would get an email with shipping information. Never happened. I wrote them on 27 Aug asking if my order had shipped yet. No answer. I tried calling their customer service number multiple times. No answer every time. I left voicemails. No response. I have finally received my package today, 13 Sep. Low and behold, I only had one cover in the package. I will never order from this company ever again. I would give a zero if I could. I can just imagine if I actually ordered something expensive. Never again.

Phantom Black Controller

I've had Phanton Black Wired Controller for not even a year and I'm experiencing problems. The controller just recently started to randomly disconnect. The headphone socket only works if I disconnect and reconnect the controller. I contacted customer service for my warranty, but all they sent me was an Energizer charging stand.

TL;DR - You'll experience problems within a few days of purchase and doesn't stay functional in less than a year.

Very bad service

I have been in contact with PDP many times over the last year, regarding a broken usb transmitter, and they have promised me several times, that they would send a new one. I have sent all the info and pictures, but nothing have happened. I have never been treated so horrible before, and I am very disapointet.

Honest Opinion

Hello, I'm a customer that used a PDP Controller for 2 months now. After a month, my controller has been acting up. The audio on the headset doesn't work. How do i know if it's my controller and not my headset? Simple. I tried using a different headset, and it still did the same thing. The audio constantly kept on stopping and it didn't let me talk. After a few days when that happened, my controller wouldn't connect. When I plug in my controller, it wouldn't work. I would have to hit my controller a few times for it to work, but the mute button wouldn't work. I've sent an email to the company explaining my problem. Its been 2 weeks now, and still haven't replied. I really want other customers to enjoy gaming. People that bought a PDP controller shouldn't have to go through this. Having a controller not lasting long enough isn't right. It's also not right having customer service that doesn't even help people that need help. I don't want this company to lose any customers, I really don't. If you don't want your company losing customers, then continue reading (aka PDP). If you don't care about your customers and enjoy the money instead, then do what you do. You'll just lose more customers. Now let me just start with customer service. If you want a good customer service, you need to make sure it's active. Make sure the employees are able to respond to every email that is sent to them, and make sure they reply ASAP. I'm not trying to rush them, but people might not wait for a month or maybe even a year. Next, make sure your products can last long. No one would buy a controller that only lasts for like 1-2 months. A good product would last for at least 8 months, depending on what the product is. Hopefully, the PDP company sees this, and starts getting on its feet again. I'm just giving advice. I hope you guys have a great day.
