They don't do 'hassle free returns' only offer 3 options, which I found weird so I looked on here at Trustpilot and seen other bad reviews. I went for option 3; keep the items and get 70% refund as I didn't want to not get anything after seeing reviews on here, it took a while and a few emails. They don't offer a 100% refund option, only instore credit, they are based in India so don't think there even are any stores. Would not recommend anyone to use this Company.

Wow only just seem these negative reviews after not hearing from my emails and messages on Instagram. Please please do not waste your money the company should be CLOSED DOWN. I'm am going to try and get my money back through my credit card and tell them about them hopefully they can do something.

This review is for Amelia Activeware. The worse online company I’ve ever dealt with! It says easy and quick returns, it said “ask us a question and will respond within 24 hours.”It’s completely false! I have sent 4 emails to request information to make a return and NO response! I wish I read the reviews prior to placing an order. If you are thinking of purchasing, I’ll suggest to turn around and walk away. DO NOT waste your money, your energy or time with this company. Customer service is non existent to them. They’ll pull you in and treat you nice on the first order, once they get your payment, then they’re gone!

Horrible customers service after my order did not arrive when I was still in the UK. They kept saying I should ask Royal Mail and Royal Mail states clearly international packages are senders’ responsibility. They said to me rudely in the email that I’m just relying on the Royal Mail website, after I already called Royal Mail and kindly included a screenshot of the same information for their reference. Lost my £100+ due to this unethical, trashy, impolite company. Their customer service strategy is to blame everything on the customer. The other good reviews seem to be written by the company themselves, as none of it makes sense, much like their emails. Report them to econsumer.gov as a SCAM SCAM SCAM company.

Ordered from NL and got the package in good order in about two weeks. Reasonable quality and price.

Cheap product and bad customer service - to return the product to China I would have had to pay half the cost of the item. I also left a review of the product on the website which was promptly deleted and I consider that unethical.

It’s been over a month and I have not received my items. I emailed customer service twice to follow up and have not had any response at all. The tracking number provided does not work, it just says the shipment has been delayed and gives an estimated date of arrival for two weeks ago. Don’t recommend at all, I’m pretty sure it’s a complete scam despite how lovely the website seems

I really feel Cargo from China is reliable, efficient and extremely informative. I really value companies that make an effort to answer you very promptly and with detailed answers so you can understand everything that’s going on. This company does that. Peaceful Energy has done an outstanding job in delivering my goods on a timely manner and has provided great value for the price charges for their service. I originally tested them out on small shipments of only 500 units of soft goods to UK, but now I’m moving into 4000 units of hard goods as they have demonstrated to me that they can handle my goods professionally. I have high confidence in this company and would recommend this company to anyone whom is seeking to have professional freight forwarding from China and abroad.

This is definitely what I'm looking for a certain supplier/shop, they have responsive customer care, the material and fitting is good (well fitted to me) I feel sexy wearing it. It emphasizes my shape which I really like. Shipping might take a little bit long (understandable due to pandemic) but it pays the quality of the product I ordered. Worth the price, I'll surely order again in this shop. You will not regret with what you are paying for.

I wish I was able to give them zero stars. I’m vexed that I made a purchase and have yet to receive my order. It’s been two months, no tracking information, no updates and no replies to my emails from customer service. I DON’T recommend them. This is been a horrible experience. Lack of professionalism is an understatement. At this point I just want a refund. I don’t care about the item. It’s not worth it. Big BIG warming to anyone considering doing business with this company.

I ordered leggings here about two months ago. They still haven't arrived and they keep coming up with various, contradicting excuses as to why the delivery is delayed. They offered a refund but didn't manage to get that done either. Very incompetent business, please do not buy here!

Extremely poor handling in goods return & refund. They will never refund even they got the return policy well written, just to play you around.

Ordered some body suits off of an instagram ad without thinking. I received a tracking number that didn't work so I googled them and saw all of the bad reviews. Thankfully they did arrive! It took about a month but they were good quality.

I’m so annoyed with this company. Didn’t receive my package and didn’t receive my refund. This is a SCAM ❗️ I send out numerus of emails which said I only needed patiences but it’s been 8 months.

Tracking number says it was delivered but the goods never arrived, when contacted customer service they told me to contact post office and let them know how i got on. Shocking! Very poor customer service experience. I paid 65 euro for 2 tops so right now i feel scammed.

update 5 days later- the goods arrived by post but i received no help from customer service. I ordered 2 Small items - they are both different sizes, one doesn't fit and the second one is ripped so very poor quality. there is no way to return them as it is very expensive. overall not worth the money - these are not worth 65 euros.

If I could give zero stars, I would do it. This is the only time I felt scammed on the internet, and I have plenty of experiences shopping online from everywhere in the world. It's 7 months I placed the order for 2 sport tops (total 40 $), and I have sent them countless emails. Endless problems with the shipping, which does not come with tracking once it enters a EU country. Emails reply are always very apologetic, but they never solve the problem. In the end we agreed on a partial refund, which I've never received (it's 2 months now). Avoid, I had my worst buying experience here.

I placed an order for a couple of leggings and some sports bras and the quality was amazing. The fit is flattering and feels like second skin. The only downside is the delivery time as it took nearly a month to arrive (it was an international delivery to the UAE). I had a couple of questions bout the products and I hit them up on Instagram to sort them out and the replies were quick. I've already placed my second order :)

I bought a sports top from Peaceful Energy after seeing them advertised on Instagram, the delivery of which was really delayed. When it finally arrived I was super unhappy with the quality - the material was really cheap, there was loose thread coming out of the seams etc. I expressed that I wasn't satisfied but was refused the refund until the product was returned back to China. The cost of sending the package back was half of what the product itself had cost so it didn't seem worthwhile to me, and Peaceful Energy still didn't offer the refund or provide another resolution. I decided to just keep the top and write a review of the product on their website which was promptly deleted which I feel is unethical and deceptive. Don't do it to yourself - there's better brands out there with competitive prices to these guys!

I ordered mediums and essentially received what look like extra smalls. I could barely put them on and I'm 115 lbs. I requested a return and was provided an address in Zhejiang Province, China(???) Yeah, that cost was $100. One hundred freaking dollars to return crap product?! It's either mislabeled or the sizes incorrectly advertised on their website. Either way, it's a poor quality product to receive two sizes too small and I'm not paying for the return!!!
