I ordered an album on 12th December with express delivery at an additional cost, advertised as arriving between 18th-22nd. On the 18th I received an email stating my colour was no longer in stock (why couldn't this have been identified earlier?). I replied exactly 3 minutes later with an alternative colour choice.

It is now (updated) 6th January and not only have I not received my order, I haven't had a single delivery update or reply to any of three emails I sent asking for information.

I understand that it is Christmas and I'm sure you're busy, but you advertised the delivery that I paid extra for, so it's no excuse. Even the free standard delivery would have arrived by now. I could have easily chosen a competitor who would have fulfilled their obligations.

I am very disappointed.

Ordered wedding thank you cards. Poor response times when communicating with this business. Quality of paper used is decent however printing could be better. Many messages inside printed off centre and at least 15% of cards printed incorrectly with message upside down and on wrong page.

Ordered a bespoke album for my daughter's wedding photos. It is beautiful. A little disappointed with the box as came a bit squashed and quality doesn't match that of the album

I purchased one of the Wedding Video Books and it is amazing! I filmed the big day and needed a nice way to present the final piece and this was perfect! Such a unique gift and I cant wait to present it to the Bride & Groom. Uploading my own videos and images was super easy and straight forward too!

I ordered a 'bespoke' sample, (one of their designs but with more space at the top for adding a bow) which took longer than the 10-14 days to arrive and when it arrived it was the normal design (no space)
Had a refund,for the card that is of no use, thank you, and was asked to change the 1 star review!!

Seller printed exactly what I asked for despite it not being an option on the listing. Item is of great quality

Royal Mail unfortunately lost the first book sent out by Peach & Pear and I was a bit worried 10 days out before our wedding but the customer service was excellent and Holly made sure that the item was created again and sent out next day delivery so it arrived on time and took the stress away completely! Would definitely recommend!

AVOID, this company sent the incorrect item, they said twice they were sending the correct item and haven’t, they’ve not even had the decency to refund me after 4 weeks of waiting, I’ve now contacted my bank to do a chargeback, absolute con artists
