Never got any shipping confirmation and my order never arrived. Tried to contact them on email, chat and Tiktok but they never gave me an answer.

Listings are incorrect and essentially fraudulent. They are very quick to ship the product and then do not reply when you flag that it is incorrect. It is quite clearly advertised as something and what you receive is something very different. Another customer had exactly the same experience so this obviously is intentional by the store.
