A very thoughtful person behind my order
After reading some reviews, I decided to trust them with my first order of this kind and they did not disappoint.
First, I want to tell you the experience that made me decide the `excellent` rating. So, I placed a bigger order and bought only one lube. They arrived in 2 different packages, one in 2 days and the other one in 1 week (I expected that because they inform you on the website which is very good). The first package arrives the next day and surprise... there was a lube but not the one I ordered. I was curious but then it occurred to me that the one I bought should arrive next week. Someone was very thoughtful to not let me wait enjoying what arrived earlier, which goes to show that they care about their customers, thank you! :)
Besides this pleasant surprise (with the extra lube), the products arrived in great shape and in a discrete cardboard. All the communication through email was straight to the point and very friendly. 5/5 would buy again!

I mean in 48 hours i got a call from the courier letting me know that I have a batch.The goods ordered are what are expected to be: Well packed and with a gift in.Good price, fast delivery, best products. I'm sorry but there was a huge delivery delay which I wasn't notified of. Moreover, the item did not work due to a battery issue and, obviously, it was not possible to send it back after opening the package.
