Arrived in about two weeks which seems reasonable for the price paid. Product quality feels decent and functions as expected. Overall satisfied with this purchase considering the affordable cost and timely shipping. Would recommend to others.
Arrived after about three weeks which felt slightly long for shipping. Reasonably priced though, considering decent quality and practical design. It does the job pretty well, looks interesting too. Maybe packaging could be improved to protect it better. Overall satisfied, but quicker shipping and sturdier packaging wouldve enhanced the experience.
I ordered a parcel january 27th, peacockbook says its still in transit but the parcel tracking says it is still in xinping city as of February 14th , it's March 13th now and it's still in xinping city.
Instead of new earphones translators they sent to me broken and second hand item. I asked refund and told them I will send back if they gonna send me a barcode.
They offer me compensation maximum 13 dollars and told me that is a maximum what can do. I told him I know the rubbish collector I not gonna use this stuff anyway because it's broken and they have to send to me refund. But they can't do anything else for me.
BEWARE AUSTRALIA FALSE ADVERTISING
Items were advertised in AUD but charged at USD. Only discovered this when payment went through. Contacted them and they wouldn’t allow me to cancel the order. After numerous emails to resolve this issue the company refused to refund money from their false advertising or accept a return of the items
I ordered a product which took weeks to arrive and then was not what i ordered. As requested i sent them photos of the item clearly showing that the wrong item had been delivered. they refused to admit that this was the case and the best they would do was offer a $5 credit. my order was supposed to include a 2:1 deal. The 2nd pack never arrived. Also be aware that when you order they add on postage at $8US then gst at $7US. this made my item very much more expensive than i expected. i would never buy from them again.
My product did not work as advertised and the company did not honour the price promise of 2 for 1 and free shipping! Very unhappy and would never buy from them again!
