I have tried to deal with this company over the past couple of years. They are unable to update records and even though they were informed multiple times that an address change had occurred they were not sending invoices to the new address and charging late fees. I feel as if it were a scam to just get even more money from me.

We have paid off our account in 06/12/2019. And I'm getting a bill back from 2019. For 2019 property tax
( true-up.) for ( $33.13 )
and 2019 property tax (true-up) what ever that means for ($ 2.80 ) a total of $35.93. Why are they charging me for something that is OVER 2 years old. I thought that there was a 2 year limit on charging someone back charges. Acct. # 1313939

It's easy for a company to get good reviews when things are going smoothly. When hard times hit like the pandemic, things can go south quickly. I would like to say that Marlin worked with me even during the unsettling times and throughout, were great to partner with.

I'd stay away from these folks as you can. They don't take payments over the phone. I just got a bill from 2019 for leasing taxes they apparently had to pay that they are transferring to me. No receipt was included. I'm just sorry I had to give them a star. No stars wasn't available.

I wanted to thank Henry Ford for not only going above and beyond to help me with my first finance sale, but also for having the patience to answer any and all my questions in a timely manner.
He also gave me helpful tips to better assist future clients when financing.

Working with Marlin has been horrible. We are a small business and this company has completely taken advantage of us. They approved a customer for equipment and requested we deliver it. The customer has received the equipment and has been using it for 30 days and Marlin refuses to pay us. Even if I could get this equipment back it is no longer new and I can not sell as such. They stated they have no obligation to pay us.
