I bought one container
I bought one container. When it arrived and I read more closely the details I learned that my gut could not handle the level of fiber. I called the customer service number. They can find NO RECORD of my order. Fortunately I saved the packing slip so I sent a copy of it to the Customer Service person. Their reply was that they can find no record of my order. They referred up a level at the company. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE would send a reimbursement based on the packing slip information. But nope, off to the next level!
