Hands down the best broker I ever used. I normally do not use brokers but Mark was excellent. He negotiated lower fees and points with his lending source. I actually saved more money than going through a lender directly. That speaks volumes. we closed in less than 3 weeks. I will send him more business for sure.
I needed to acquire a loan on my residential lot here in Dallas TX. I went through many hoops and hurdles with other lenders who wasted my time. I wasted so much time and wanted to give up. I went online to search for other lenders and contacted Peak Capital Funding and spoke with Mark. Mark was very professional and up front with me. He advised that he could get it done.
