While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. Peak Elevation Junk Removal is an owner-operated junk removal business based in Commerce City, Colorado, serving homes, rental properties and businesses across the Denver metro area. It is a DBA of Peak Elevation Exteriors LLC. We help with the things you are ready to let go: unwanted sofas and other furniture, mattresses, disconnected household appliances, garage clutter and approved estate contents. Property teams can request commercial cleanouts, apartment trash-outs, dumpster overflow cleanup and HOA bulk-item pickups. We also review yard debris and loose, non-hazardous renovation materials. Every job starts with your item list, photos, pickup address and access details. Tell us about stairs, gates, parking, heavy pieces and long carries so we can plan the loading and hauling. We review the route, materials, disposal needs and scope before agreeing on a complete written quote. After you approve the quote and pay through Square, we confirm your pickup window with you. An online request does not reserve an appointment. Neighbors can put together a shared pickup plan with separate household item lists and addresses. We quote the full job; participating households decide how to share that cost. A shared pickup does not guarantee a discount. Pickups operate every day, 7 AM to 6 PM Mountain time, by confirmed appointment. Visit peakelevationjunk.com to request a quote or call (720) 325-9473 to discuss your cleanup.
