Update November 16th :
After I provided false/bad evidence, Visa decided to side with me and order me to repay the requested amount. Really disappointed that it's come to this. I thought Trevor was an honest person, but I have serious doubts about that now.

Review :
I joined this program a little over a year ago with high hopes. I was convinced by the marketing, screenshots of big Shopify dashboards, large order numbers ($30K–$40K), and the promise that this business model could realistically reach $10K+ profit per month within 6 months, even for non-US residents.

The reality was completely different. After hundreds of hours of work every single week for almost a year, I made no profit at all.

I live in Asia, and when I joined, I was told that being outside the U.S. wouldn’t be an issue. But in practice, it absolutely was:

All coaching calls and group sessions happened in the middle of the night (2–3 AM my time).

I couldn’t access Shopify Payments, which means I lost another 2–3% in Stripe fees on every sale.

I couldn’t get a U.S. business credit card or use local advantages that most students rely on.

On top of that, the business model itself is extremely hard to make profitable.

Most U.S. suppliers refuse to work with online-only sellers or require a physical showroom.

The few that accepted me offered tiny margins (3–10%) or charged high shipping fees that erased any profit.

Some even sell their own products cheaper on their website than the dropshipper price.

So even when I started to get organic sales from SEO, I had to refund orders because I would’ve lost money fulfilling them.

I asked for a partial refund after months of trying, explaining all this in good faith. It was refused because I hadn’t joined enough live calls or completed 100 supplier calls something nearly impossible when you live on the other side of the world and the schedule is U.S.-only.

To be fair, the course material itself is okay. But the marketing is very misleading. You’re sold on the idea of big profits and scalable e-commerce, when in reality the margins are razor-thin, the process is extremely slow, and even the head coach openly said he only makes around $10K–$20K/month in profit from his own store far less than what’s implied.

After more than a year of trying everything, I can confidently say this program is not suited for non-U.S. residents, and the income potential is nowhere near what’s marketed.

I give 1 star because I tried to resolve things privately, offered a compromise (partial refund, transfer of my store), and received no fair solution.
The training is decent but the expectations set by the marketing are simply unrealistic and, in my view, misleading.

Update Oct 22nd:
After posting my review, the company replied with “evidence” from a business called TrashBin Direct, which isn’t my store and has nothing to do with me. I saved timestamped screenshots of their reply before it gets edited.

See how much they care about their students; they couldn’t even get the right store. They used unrelated screenshots to defend themselves.

For transparency, I’ve kept timestamped proof showing my actual store (Recycle Supplies Direct) and clear evidence that I followed up with leads by text. I’m happy to provide this directly to Trustpilot or to anyone who wants to verify.

My experience isn’t an isolated case; just look at the other one-star review from the same period. The same patterns show up: misleading marketing, students spending money, minimal results, and then being blamed or harshly dismissed when they ask questions.

Review: I joined this program and followed it seriously for seven months. I invested around $1,500 into ads and made only one small sale during that time. From the start, they heavily promote a “6-month $10K profit or your money back” guarantee, which sounds reassuring, but once you’re inside, it becomes clear that the contract is written in a way that makes qualifying for that refund almost impossible. When I asked about the guarantee after months of following the process, one of the trainers, Marcus, called me a scammer. It was shocking and disappointing to hear him call me that after putting in genuine effort and trying to make the system work. From that point on, the tone changed completely. Instead of useful guidance, every conversation circled back to the same line: “Call your leads within 15 minutes.” I was still reaching out and texting leads, but that became their only explanation for poor results. It also made me question the gap between what’s shown publicly and what actually happens inside. Their “wins chat” and testimonials are heavily recycled, far fewer than the constant stream of new people joining. It makes you wonder how many are truly succeeding versus how many end up falling flat despite following the material. Only the one-on-one calls were decent. But overall, the structure doesn’t match the high-ticket price or the promises made in the marketing. The guarantee feels like something designed to create peace of mind before you sign up, not something they actually stand behind.

I want to thank the High Ticket Ecom Team for the incredible opportunity to work with them. With Trevor’s expertise and guidance, my business has grown from $30K a month to $200K a month. I’m truly grateful for their mentorship and the success I’ve been able to achieve. This has been, without question, the best course and mentorship experience I’ve ever received. Thank you!

Also, any time I had any questions or concerns, I would always have a timely response on the same day I asked for help.

Once you are a student, The PeakFlow team genuinely cares about getting you to achieve your goals. Also, they have a policy in place to get all your money back invested if you have truly followed the course materials and still haven't won. They are a fair, trustworthy, and reliable team of coaches and assistants to help you reach higher financial goals. They check up on you and make sure you're doing your part. I have nothing but respect for the team and what I have seen them accomplish.

I only give 4 stars out of 5 because my personal life has come with challenges where I've been limited on how far I can apply the course. That's on me. Once things get better and I'm able to achieve the $10K/month, I'd be more than happy to update to 5 stars. Other than that, I've always received help when needed, and I can say I got the value I paid for.

The High Ticket Ecom Launchpad is, hands down, one of the best, if not the best, e-commerce courses out there.
I have personally been through hundreds of online courses and can tell when someone is being real and providing real value. The program consistently delivers real value with amazing results, beyond excellent customer support, consistent updates to the program, and a community where questions are answered quickly and daily. I have personally made almost 7 figures+ in revenue since joining this course, and it has truly been life-changing.
Like everyone, I am always very skeptical about joining online programs because I have personally been burned a few times in the past, and that is why, through experience, I can recommend this program. If you get into the program and actually go through the course material, success is almost guaranteed. The material is all there; all that matters is your execution.
Overall, I have had a wonderful experience, and that is why I am leaving a 5-star review. .

If you want to learn high ticket e-com, this is the place to be. There are a few programs out there, but peakflow is the place to be. Trevor, Marcus and Rey will hold your hand during the whole process. Any questions you have will be answered in weekly calls, the discord group. Their efforts in wanting you to succeed goes above and beyond. The great thing I like about the program is that if you are having any issues the modules and course continully grows based on the problems you have (for example students outside the US have a different approach to do things) - this course caters for everyone and everything!
