My dtg and I recieved so much information. . However, the money for course a little to much. But if the system works and u make both the 3 day class and the 40.000. Will pay for itself

The 3 day program was definitely worth the investment. The course had a lot of gems I can refer back to as I continue on my journey to multi-family ownership.

I paid $1,500.00 for the three-day training that was promised to me that it will be reimbursed upon my first deal within 6 months.
I feel that the entire promise was a scam because in order to be successful and do a deal within 6 months, you need the tools, such as (forms, contracts, etc.) to do the work.
The only way to get the tools was to buy into one of your programs which I just didn't have the money to do so.
It should have been revealed in the beginning that the only way to continue and be successful is to buy into one of the programs.
I knew from the beginning I didn't have the money so I wouldn't have paid $1,500.00 for the three-day training.
I feel there should've been another option such as, (credit with you guys).
In other words, we get the tools, do a deal within 6 months and then allow for us to pay for one of the programs from our first deal.
Nothing like that was offered. It's totally disappointing.

This was a decent seminar. Good basic information and basic ideas were presented. I was hoping we would break into small groups and help each other analyze at least one deal that attendees brought.
There was too much pressure to make a decision at the event. Since the presenters are all real estate investors, they would not allow themselves to be put in a position to make an emotionally based decision in such a short amount of time. I understand that is the point of the seminar - to get people to make a purchase.
I have no doubt that 1-2 attendees will be successful with this mentoring program and close a deal. I'm still in the "Due Diligence" phase.

The sessions started on time and was well staffed with supportive representatives. I particularly resonated with Mark & Nick who seemed genuinely interested in helping me gain clarity; get perspective through my fog of questions and to understand the premise of their business model. They made me feel at ease and I would definitely continue with MFM, if only for them. The collection of colorful AI slide-deck into a book had a nice touch (lighter copies would have made it more exquisite). Some things to consider for subsequent events included managing the ratio of seat-time/break times... simply having the group stand in place intermittently, even for 30 seconds would have added momentum to get through those tediously long sessions.
The presenter managed his voice well throughout the weekend. The elusive 5-star was on account of him using words carelessly, including but not limited to...not following through on unforced 'promises' e.g."prize for completing Bingo-card". Keeping one's word is a bonafide way to build trust.

What made my experience great was how varied the topics covered were, from the actual Multi-Family Homes business concepts and mechanics, to motivation books, testimonials regarding life experiences, and more.

The material and delivery had my attention the full 3 days! Everyone I interacted with in this company was respectful and kind. I’m excited to continue my path with an ethical Team of high standards and am grateful for this opportunity. I highly recommend if you love real estate Multifamily investing.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and able to convey the material in plain language with relevant examples. The printed material was expressive and actually what would be needed and used on actual deals.

Way too salesy and not accurate information about a lot of items, misleading and i think it would help to lower the price of the service, majority of those people don’t have 40k and will never make it back in that model. For us investors that understand this very well, you can see why this is a great sales and marketing campaign for Multifamily where they can money every step of the way

I regret signing up for The Multifamily Mindset’s mentorship program, as it did not deliver what was promised. During the initial seminar, they made it seem like this program would provide a structured, step-by-step guide to acquiring, underwriting, and funding multifamily deals. However, once I enrolled, I quickly realized that the "mentorship" was essentially a glorified networking program rather than hands-on coaching.
The PATH educational material was basic and lacked depth, and the underwriting "support" consisted of blurry, pre-recorded videos. The assigned mentor rarely checked in and provided no meaningful guidance—most of my calls with them were about how I was going to pay the remaining balance of the program. For nearly $20,000, I expected structured coaching, but what I received was vague advice and a push to find partners on my own.
Additionally, success stories presented in the seminar were misleading. We were given examples of people thriving in the program, only to later find out that key details—such as financial backing from family—were left out, making those success stories unattainable for most participants.
The seminar made multifamily investing seem far easier than it is, presenting an unrealistic picture of the process. We were told that sponsors were ready to work with us if we signed up, only to later find out that we had to find them ourselves, often outside the MFM network. The overused example of getting a 4-5% GP (General Partner) Acquisition Fee was later revealed to be more like 1-3% as the industry standard, a major discrepancy that significantly impacted potential earnings.
When I raised my concerns, I was met with generic responses and zero accountability. Despite the contract’s cancellation terms being left blank, they refused to issue a refund, claiming that services had been rendered—despite those services failing to meet their own advertised standards.
They overpromise, underdeliver, and then refuse refunds once you realize you’ve been misled. The FTC warns about these exact types of programs—ones that claim to provide coaching but ultimately leave students with no meaningful guidance or success.
For anyone considering this program: save your money and invest in a mentorship that actually provides value. I strongly advise others to research legitimate alternatives before falling for MFM’s sales tactics.
Overall, this program felt more like a sales pitch than a legitimate mentorship.

Attended free 1.5/2 hr long event where they upsell you a 3-day event for $1500. I always do my due diligence and I am glad I did before signing up bc as it turns out, half of the 3 day event is spent upselling you a $40k membership. Unless you have that money lying around to invest, don’t bother.

This seminar is a life-changing experience. I gained a ton of knowledge on how to navigate the Multi Family arena and will commit to buying my first multifamily asset within the next 6 months to the end of this year. Tyler is an excellent instructor and offers plenty of advice and heart-felt stories that challenge you and give you the confidence that it CAN BE DONE! Thank you to the staff and of course to Tyler for a great 3 days!
