As other reviewers have said, don't waste your time and money on this company. Absolutely dire customer service. They are an American company with a return address in China. The product eventually arrived after a month, way too late for Christmas, and when I wanted to return it, I was told it would probably be far too expensive to return (makes a mockery of their return policy of only being charged once for postage) so I could keep the product and accept £2 compensation if I wished. Lesson learned, never order anything from America (if I can actually find out where the company is in the first place)! Buyer beware and all that.

Terrible. Did actually send the product but it didn't fit and they flatly refused to send me a return shipping address. Offered me £2 compensation saying the return shipping would be too much for me (for one bra? To where? I'll be the judge of that thanks). After several emails backwards and forwards I have given up as their location is clearly a secret!! Can't face giving them any more time or energy. Will wait to see if the £2 "compensation" materialises...

THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AS NO GOODS GET SENT.THEY CLAIM TO BE UK BASED HOWEVER AFTER YOU PAY THEN THEY STATE THAT THE ITEM IS COMING FORM THE USA AND ALL YOU GET IS STORY AFTER STORY FROM THERE ON IN. ALSO TRY TO GET A REFUND IS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE AS AGAIN THEY SENT GENERIC MAILS STATING ITS ON WAY , ALL LIES FROM SCAM COMPANY
