My double bed after 1 month still has not arrived. I am constantly writing emails to find out when my bed will be delivered. There initial correspondence was for me to contact the courier company and follow up myself. After having no success I have sent emails to Pear and fawn but they are no longer responding to my emails.Beyond frustrated!!!

I had the worst experience. When my bed was delivered (without any notification by the way, just left on the doorstep) it was missing a piece. I contacted the company and they replied promptly asking for more details. After that I had to keep chasing them for weeks and was only getting vague responses. After 6 weeks from initial purchase they told me that the missing piece was on its way. 2 weeks later I came home to find a whole bed on my doorstep. Now I have to dispose of almost an entire bed for 1 missing piece, after 2 months of waiting. Not good

Order the queen size mattress online. Delivery was in the time frame given. No compliants.

Good service and they were very accommodating and made sure they knew where my order was and kept me up to date because my order came in 2 parts.
I would definitely order through them again.

I ordered mattress and bed frame. The mattress was delivered to the address without any phone call advice from the delivery people as to when they will deliver it. I just saw the unopened boxed mattress leaning against a concrete post in front of my unit. Also I'm still awaiting the delivery of the bedframe. To-date, there is no advice as to an approximate it will be delivered. I hope I don't see it the same way I did with the mattress. I know delivery is free but at least an email or phone call regarding the approximate delivery date/time should be made by the head office, if not the delivery guy(s).
