I agree with everyone else

I agree with everyone else. I placed an order and waited months and then they said the order was delivered. It was not. Luckily I’m only out $34. Beware!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

It took almost 4 months to get the shoes and when I received them only vaguely looked like the shoes I ordered and were two sizes too small. The size doesn't matter because they they were so poorly made I doubt they would have lasted more than one or two wearings. I am not going to try and get my money back because the aggravation isn't worth 40 dollars.

$90 Order. $1,000 FRUSTRATION!!! You’ve Been Warned

Requested return shipping information. Can’t get response to request aside from giving away my $90 order.

These shoes are not US sizing. No way to tell proper size and no way to return order

YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR ORDER MORE THAN ONCE. ONCE WHEN PLACED AND 10x THAT AMOUNT IN FRUSTRATION DEALING (Trying) TO RETURN ORDER.

There is a reason their website does not allow direct customer reviews of their products.

Still waiting after 2 months for a pair…

Still waiting after 2 months for a pair of shoes. They're probably walking here. Pleasant enough email correspondence until one brings up the refund question. Clearly the system cannot cope with delivering on time (ie weeks ago).

I Love Pearlfeet

I Love Pearlfeet! I got exactly what I ordered and exactly what is pictured! Yes, it takes a very long time to receive them...They're coming from China, people! The seller isn't scamming you, they're just inefficient.

NEVER, EVER, ORDER FROM PEARLFEET. NEVER! EVER!

Forward: I had to go back and delete my curse words. Now everything has lost its meaning and fire. Haha.

Placed my order for 4 items, 2 shirts, 2 shoes, on April 19th. Each item was shipped separately for some Chinese backwards way of thinking. I did receive the first item...3 MONTHS LATER. The last item showed up yesterday...102 days from the order date. I think it's shipped by some fumanchu chin bearded old man in a row boat across the Pacific. Tracking at one point mentioned the items at an airport...I think they meant rickety boat dock. Since the first week of May I have sent 67 emails to their "customer service". Most of the time there's no reply, or it takes a week or two to get a lame excuse answer to my questions. The products they send you are ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. EVEN GARBAGE IS BETTER! The website looks really good! It does! The product pictured looks good, description is helpful, policies are listed, so are delivery schedules, blah, blah.

WARNING, WARNING 🚨 shoes are NOT LEATHER and extremely cheaply made. Super thin uncomfortable rubber soles. Walking barefoot is better. Clothing material advertised as linen is actually 65% scratchy polyester. It says so on the freakin' label!! Linen has been around for ages and it's a naturally made fiber, usually flax. I've never heard of a plant named polyester. I've been demanding to return these things since the very hour I received the first item. No one replies. And when they finally do you're offered X% discount on the next purchase. HAHAHA!!! Why would I buy more stuff that belongs in a landfill. I may as well just go to the bank, take out some cash and throw it into the wind. I've opened a claim with Visa, but the company is provided 10 weeks to provide a refund to you. So I thought I'd keep trying to resolve things and return the terrible products. I have asked many many times for them to send me a "RETURN SHIPPING LABEL". No reply. I even went as far as to send 3 emails a day for four days saying only this...SEND ME A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. Finally some correspondence occurred. I was offered 10% refund.??!! Then 20%. Then 40%, and then this week 50% refund. Why would I pay 50% of something I'm going to throw in my fire pit. All the while asking for a return shipping label. !!!! I actually got a return address!!!! However, I had to pay the freight back. No way. The emails went back and forth for a few days, but when I said they should pay the shipping I've not heard anything in 3 days now. Visa will take care of it. I'll be refunded and then have a bonfire.

The jist of this story is, IF YOU ARE READING THESE REVIEWS TRUST THEM. WE ARE ALL TELLING YOU THE SAME THING ABOUT THIS "COMPANY". STAY AWAY. RUN, KEEP RUNNING, DON'T LOOK BACK! If you are still planning to place an order with Pearlfeet just send me the money via etransfer...here's my email: baprociuk at the google mail.

Would give them a minus 5 stars

Would give them a minus 5 stars. Be forewarned, save your money. They sent counterfeit SWAT "combat boots" which are of poor quality. I wouldn't wear these into combat. Some of the material is paper thin. The hiking shoes were poor quality slippers and a true hiker would laugh. The order took almost three months and the footwear has a toxic like smell of petroleum. Size on both pairs was 2 sizes too small. Attempted to cancel without success. Have asked for refund and shipping cost to CHINA without success. They offered a 30% refund and acknowledge the cost to ship back to CHINA woul be costly and my expense.. I have had VISA exercise a chargeback. I am reporting to USPS and Customs.

If there were a way to give zero stars

If there were a way to give zero stars, or "negative stars," I would certainly do so. Despite the claims and promises of the company, the shoes arrives 3-1/2 months after my order. They were way too small: one inch shorter, and one inch narrower, than the actual size I order should be. Do not buy anything from this company!

Don't buy from these losers!

PearlFeet doesn't mention anywhere on their site that they'll be shipping from China and it will take 3 months for your shoes to arrive. They did manage to sent me broken shoes. They would not replace the shoes. They did offer me a 20% refund to keep the broken shoes. What am I going to do with 20% and broken shoes. Or I can ship them back to China, that would cost more than what I paid for the shoes. These people are a bunch of a$$holes don't buy anything from them.

My son ordered 4 items 3/6/2020 Two…

My son ordered 4 items 3/6/2020 Two items arrived no problem, after trying to trace the remaining two items they split the items again. One item a shirt, the same size as the previous shirt which had arrived, was far far too small. Definitely not the same sizing, unable to track the remaining item and can’t get a return address, just keeps going back and forth with supposed Pearlfeet contact. He loves the boots which arrived in first package so at least that’s something.
I had an order with them in May and that was no problem, a bit later than expected but that was due to all this virus complications holding up shipping

Horrible company

Horrible company. Took months to get tracking information. Each time they sent information it showed they had not shipped. I continually told them I had left the mailing address and to cancel my order as it had not shipped. For 4 months I told them, no reply to my emails or request. They sent them anyway. Apparently they showed up 6 months after ordering. No way to get them forwarded, don't want them. I'm sure their quality is no better than their service.

Scammed by Pearlfeet

ordered shoes about 10 weeks ago emailed them 2 weeks ago and kept getting fobbed off with delays or requests to wait 5,10 and then 15 days. Came across trustpilot and was shocked to find 94% bad ratings. This co is scamming customers. Glad I used a credit card will be using sec 75 to get a refund.

Garbage product. Cheap vinyl, not leather

Garbage. Total scam.
Took 4 months to arrive. Product is cheap vinyl, not leather like advertised. Customer service is non-responsive. Couldn't wear the shoes for 5 mins without my feet sweating from the vinyl material and hurting from the thin soles.
Do not buy from this company.
