Been having difficulty with the Pearns pharmacy on Wilson road cardiff for a while now. But the last 3 months have been disgusting. 1 member of staff (Denise) is vile! So rude on phone and disrespectful. Had my mum in tears who only rang with a query regarding her medication delivery. Iv had two encounters with her on phone and really can’t wait to see her in store and see if she is as disgusting in person as she on phone… yesterday call she was slagging my mum off as she went to check on something but didn’t put us on hold. Iv tried speaking to management but they always seem to busy to talk. Can’t wait to change pharmacy’s as Denise has really made this once lovely chemist a disgrace

Although Pearns offer an on-line service, they appear to be incapable of actually providing it properly. Many times I have not received what I actually ordered, sometimes more, sometimes less. There is no checking process.
Communication is also a problem - ignored emails, mails sent from non-existent addresses.
Unfortunately, in South Wales there is no other on-line option as of yet. I feel that any serious competition will totally swamp this lot
