I was very impressed from the outset by their methods of communication - their secure portal was excellent as I knew that any confidential documents could be shared in the knowledge that they would be safe. Communication was excellent at all levels - whether from an administrative perspective, or from a financial advisory perspective & was in a timely manner: I was kept informed whenever it was necessary to do so.

Arranging appointments was always easy as there was much flexibility in the times that were made available - very helpful when some clients work full-time over 7 days a week: this was greatly appreciated.

Highly recommend these people. Used them as a mortgage broker after I was referred to them by a family member. They are extremely friendly and work tirelessly to ensure that they get the best deal for you. They are honest and really look out for your best interests. Very transparent and their communication is exemplary. They use several tools to ensure that everything is done remotely where possible. I was going to use my previous broker but they had a change in personnel and the person I was referred to was not really helpful. Pearson Financial stepped in and I am extremely happy. I will be using their other services in future as well.

I had my remortgage completed with Corrine and I also wanted to explore other potential investments. Corrine's attention to detail was excellent and her approach very friendly and warm.
