Digital Quagmire from failed flash drive

I am a long time user of Pearson Clinical products. I bought a full test kit (print version) for the WIAT-4. For whatever reason, Pearson included as a part of that full kit a flash drive that contains multiple important documents needed to administer and score the test (e.g., technical/interpretative manual, audio administration files, various scoring worksheets). That flash drive cannot be read on any of the computers that I have tried, giving the message either to format or eject the drive. I was on the phone with Pearson customer service for over an hour and spoke to at least 4 representatives, but the hang up now is that the flash drive is no longer produced and they cannot send a replacement. Furthermore, they cannot verify what digital files were included. They were able to to upload 2 items onto my Q global to access, but not the worksheets for scoring. I wound up having to purchase digital scoring anyway so that I can complete the scoring. As a consumer, it is hard for me to fathom why after paying $750 for a full print kit and asking specifically for all materials to be printed rather than digital, parts of the kit was shipped digitally and when that flash drive failed, the other items cannot be loaded onto my Qglobal account.

I have had an extremely disappointing…Unexpectedly inefficient service – Attempting to pay over £5,100, yet the transaction remains incomplete

I have had an extremely disappointing and inefficient experience with Pearson Clinical UK. I am actively attempting to settle a bulk order worth over £5,100 (Quote 95813), yet the handling of this matter has been unexpectedly poor.

A few days ago, I spent significant time navigating an automated phone system (6-7 menu levels), only for an agent to disconnect the call mid-conversation with no attempt to call me back. Despite a formal complaint (Case 53551010), the Customer Operations Manager has continued the correspondence via email for two days rather than resolving the matter with a brief, direct phone call.

Every time a window for a call is provided, the responsiveness from Pearson’s side does not reflect the standard I would expect for a high-value professional order. Furthermore, basic account updates to reflect my LTD company for tax purposes have taken months of back-and-forth and remain unresolved.

Pearson seems more focused on internal processes than on resolving a straightforward transaction for a professional customer. I am still waiting for a senior representative with the authority to resolve this matter conclusively.
