I took the PTE Academic test in August…
I took the PTE Academic test in August through the online platform, and I’m really happy with how smooth the entire experience was. It was my first attempt, and I managed to score 70 in each section.
The booking process was straightforward, and the platform was easy to use on the test day. The instructions were clear, and the overall environment felt secure and well-organised.
While I didn’t face any significant issues, I believe having more practice materials that closely match the actual test format would make preparation even better.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would recommend the PTE online platform to anyone looking to take the test confidently.

I achieved my dream PTE result in August after months of preparation. It was not an easy journey, but it was absolutely worth it.
At first, I struggled with some speaking tasks and listening sections. However, once I understood the test structure and focused on strategy instead of just “studying English,” my performance improved significantly.
PTE is very structured and predictable if you practice the right way. The computer-based format also makes the scoring consistent and fair.
To future test takers: don’t give up. Even if you feel stuck at one score, keep practicing — progress happens quietly before success shows.

Great staff
Great staff, easy communication and understanding, didn't took me lot of time the environment was also relatively quiet when I was giving speaking test and was easy to focus. I am really thankful to the staff for making my first ever PTE exam experience nice and rememberable.

This is scam. People are loosing money left and right. For a Sri Lankan USD 220 is a huge amount and they refuse to refund or allow reschedule for missing the middle name on the registration. Such a scam. Please do IELTS instead.

Started out fine, but…..
I felt that I was prepared for the test. When it started, the timing began fine, but about 2-3 seconds into each test, the timing sped up to the end. It was like that for a long while. I didn’t raise my hand because I thought I would be penalized. I paid for a rescore, but my score was lowered. Why I do not know. It is very frustrating.

I have given 4 times PTE from Darwin…
I have given 4 times PTE from Darwin but unlucky have not get the desire score . The mike is too old and computers are like from 19 centuries. Don’t know when I will get the score . After multiple attempts to resolve…
After multiple attempts to resolve serious concerns with my PTE results—including a rescore approved as an exception—I received no meaningful explanation or transparency from the PTE support team. The rescore outcome remained unchanged, with no clarity on whether my concerns about test-center disruptions or human review were considered.
Communication has been slow and largely template-based, despite the time-sensitive and high-stakes impact these results have on students’ futures.
I have now exhausted all internal resolution options and am proceeding with formal legal action. This lawsuit will be significant, involving multiple affected students, and highlights the severe consequences of an unresponsive and opaque process.

DO NOT USE - on their website I chose location and date, however after payment I got email notification to attend the test in 3 days instead of 2 weeks and at completely different location. I called immediately to be told to fill form and that I MAY be heated exception to reschedule. For £160 pounds I would expect better customer service!!! Definitely would not recommend!!!
After filling the form you don’t even get acknowledgment that the form was received so who knows if I ever get an answer! Wish I checked the review sooner rather then trusting Gov page!

RUBBISH COMPANY
Went there this morning for my pte home b1. I spent 2 hours in cold to get there only to be told that I cannot sit the exam because of a mismatch ( my mistake was that I put united kingdom as citizenship instead of Romanian).
What kind of policies are these ? I have been warned not to go with them as they have almost 70% 1 star reviews but I said let me give them a chance. What a waste of time . After I called the customer service I tried to reebok it the next day but instead they said that I have to wait 3 working days so they can resolve the issue? WHAT ISSUE ????

I had my passport,driving licence and evisa ready just in case. So you could see them yourself how not fake they are.
I lost 150 £ but you have lost more because I will never ever get in touch with yous again.
Anyway I have booked the LanuageSelt home b1 and to my surprise I will also get a second resit in case I fail for just 160 £. And they also have 90% 5 star reviews.

PTE English exam, Manama Bahrain
It was an overall smooth and nice experience. Staff was cooperative, the environment was not noisy and ideal for an exam. Equipment and stationary were good quality.
Temperature was ideal
Proper instructions were provided before the exam and I expected what was coming my way.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, you will not get bored of the exam. Results are so wuick, got mine in like 3 hours.
The only drawback I find is during speaking , its difficult to concentrate as others are also doing it, if PTE centre can make some arrangements, would really be nice. Otherwise, good.
