Don't go down this road

Don't go down this road, they don't record your right information so they can cancel on you. They also try to lure you in with reduced price which you will definitely regret later. I reached out to my bank to help me after they collect almost £180 of my deposit and they said they won't refund until after 30 days. Again, Run away from these brokers.

Terrible and unprofessional, avoid!

Avoid! Very unprofessional company who refused to give me a quote and wasted my time. Asked for the contact details for the company owner Katrina and they refused to give it to me, advising to send her a letter by post! They didn’t even give their name in the emails I received, I wonder why! No wonder they have 2.7/5 stars, avoid at all costs!!!!

Liars .Clueless. Untrustworthy.

Absolute liars. Clueless. Not got a clue.Got paid out through haven on a claim. Peart kept charging me for a policy on a car that was a cheaper policy for weeks after the none fault claim was settled.
Kept telling me it was still open.Even though it had been closed 24 days.Never get back to you when they say they will. Then got a supervisor on the line who had no idea. Asked for a manager. They don't have any.She said next one up is a director and they would not speak. Please please avoid peart insurance.AT ALL COSTS.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
An extortionate, car broker who refuse to then deal with complaints requesting a full breakdown of their charges.
They claim to help out people with driving offences by providing good rates and insurance. What they really do is extortionately charge you for insurance and then make up extra charges when you cancel the insurance.
My offence has a matter of months left before it is no longer valid nearly 5 years ago!
When I realised I was being taken for a mug and basically been ripped off they refused to refund me the correct amount, they charged cancellation fees when there was no mention of them within the 14 days cooling off period in the T&Cs, alongside their £100 admin fee. When I complained they referred me to the insurer, but the insurer Haven had already emailed me and confirmed that they do not charge cancellation fees and said that these were the brokers fees even after that email, Peart are still refusing to look at my complaint and respond to my request for all fees that they have charged since I cancelled. They have also refused to be transparent and let me know exactly how much the insurance cost and what their fees were?
They charged me £2,374.24 and when it was realised that a wrong mistakenly offence code had been given they added an extra £398.06 making a total of £2772.30! At that point I cancelled which is when they then started making up all these extra costs not mentioned in T&Cs or policy docs. They then said it was the insurer Havens cancellation fees but Haven wrote me an email and said No siree we do not charge cancellation fees, pls refer back to Peart who have now said I need to speak to Haven. Because they have found themselves in a jam and refused to look into my complaint.
I managed to get insurance for £1100 cheaper with Admiral through Go Compare. So Please do your homework before getting insurance through these lot.
My case will now be looked at by the FCA and Financial Ombudsman.
