I have been Loyal since 1982 almost 20 after EST.

I have been a Loyal , Long time, dedicated person to through the Peavey Name to worthy musicians. My first experience with PEAVEY , Was 1982 , and swear by it since ! I guess Mr. Hartley P. Is one to be reckoned with.
A Man named Chris @ Peavey is dedicated, appreciated 100%. My new at the time , Bandit 75 ? Was the best . Someone was sinning the other day, putt the Studio Pro 40 on the curb , but my blessing ! It WORKS !!! SOMEONE just must have met maker ! WILL be having my life back again because of Chris and PEAVEY........!

Poor customer service

This rating is for their customer service. Product quality varies, I've had good and bad experiences.

It took 1 week and 2 emails to finally get a response from them!

Can't find documentation

Can't find schematics, parts, documentation. Glad they're out of business. I don't think they even know what they've built over the years, just oddball amps, sell them, forget them. Terrible !

Customer service is garbage

Customer service is garbage. The company is really good about selling their junk but horrible about their post-sale customer service. I've been trying to get a few parts for my system and they don't answer the emails. Don't recommend them at all.
