Better experience than i had with wheelzy.

Offer high to get your business then once they are out they make some lame excuses to extremely low balls you ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! WHEELZY IS THE BETTER CHOICE, THEY ARE A COMPANY OF THEIR WORD AND ARE VERY FAIR AND RESPECT YOU AS A COSTOMER! I HAD TO HURRY TO GET MY VEHICLE MOVED AND THIS COMPANY AND THEIR "LOCAL PARTNER" TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THAT! THE TOW MAN WAS UNCOMFORTABLY NOT PRESENTABLE HAD A NON WORKER FRIEND WITH HIM AND DID NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THE TOW MACHINE ALMOST DAMAGED THE CAR AND THE GARAGE IN FRONT OF THE CAR THE FRIEND WHOM WAS NOT A WORKER, HAD TO YELL AND SCREAM AT THE GUY THAT HE WAS CAUSING DAMAGE & TO STOP IMMEDIATELY THEN ASKED TO BUM A SMOKE FROM ME WHICH WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL CONSIDERING IM A SINGLE MOTHER AND BARELY CAN AFFORD SMOKES FOR MYSELF!!!!! HE LOOKED AS THO HE WAS AN ADICT AND WAS VERY WEIRD AND JUMPY! NOT A GOOD LOOK! I SHOULD OF GONE WITH WHEELZY AGAIN! WHEELZY IS A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND I WOULD OF NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF EXPERIENCE WITH THEM OR ANY OF THEIR LOCAL PARTNERS! I WOULD GIVE PEDDLE -5 STARS IF I COULD! AND THEIR REVIEWS ARE COMPLETELY FAKE SO DO NOT BELIEVE THEM AT ALL! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!

Very helpful and easy to use website. Gave more than the other company (wheelzy). The other company did nothing but hassle me, calling me at all times, late in the evenings and over the weekend.

I admit, I first tried another company (Wheelzy). What a nightmare! Started a search again for the best offer for my driven-to-death 1999 Subaru and Peddle was the winner (and I was sure to read more reviews). Communication was top-notch, and the service was excellent! The tow truck driver and dispatch all communicated to make sure that the pickup time worked for me and he arrived ON TIME! Such an easy process! I am already recommending to others and would use them again.

We tried selling our car to a different online salvage buyer first. That company (Wheelzy) was much more tricky to deal with and wanted us to sign over Power of Attorney on the car before we had sold it.

Peddle, on the other hand, was above-board in their communications the whole time, and never tried to change the deal once they offered it. Working with Peddle was comfortable, easy, and fair the whole time.

After a terrible experience with Wheelzy, I was able to sell my car to Peddle with little to no stress, and the amount paid was a lot better. The pickup was quick and effortless, unlike Wheelzy who after 5 hours still never showed. Thank you Peddle!

Peddle offered the highest price and everything went as expected.

After starting with Wheelzy, which is horrible and predatory, I was skeptical about starting over with Peddle but they were terrific and didn’t waste our time. Everything they said happened and we were pleasantly surprised.

I would give Peddle process and customet service 5 stars but it depends also on reliable tow companies they contract with. Based on survey questions about my '18 Ram truck, my online offer was very fair as it was excellent condition, except for engine problem but it started and could move. Tow truck drivers inspect the vehicle for accuracy of your survey inputs on vehicle. First tow truck driver on weekend claimed Peddle doesnt consider mine as "starting" when engine clicks so counter offer was 2k less than original. The "starting" question did not make sense because it obviously did start and survey had NO caveats. I took pics of everything inside and out as I recommend all do but Peddle took my word for it and they got a vwry good value IMO after I called them and they agreed with me, had a 2nd tow truck sent with seamless process. Competitor Wheelzy was not even competitive offer as they seem to specialize in more junk and parts. Highly recommend Peddle as.they corrected this mistake

Awesome! We got a quote for the car. Got a call from the tow truck driver. Made arrangements to have the car picked up. They arrived on time with a check for the quoted amount. No haggling about the condition of the car. Title work was done and the car was gone. Much better experience than using Wheelzy.

The representative (Kim) was highly responsive, and her great New Hampshire attitude made the experience fantastic. Peddle offered the best price compared to CarBrain and Wheelzy with zero haggling, and even honored the original quote after I missed the 7-day window due to misplacing the pink slip.

Offered the most money for my vehicle . Their towing partner was wonderful and helpful . Received check that day . When the banks hold on the check was done the check cleared . No muss . No fuss . Excellent experience wouldn’t use anyone else from here on out . Wheelzy just offers scrap prices and basically tries to get your vehicle for a STEAL ! Car rain offered half of what peddle did . Go with peddle you won’t regret it . Quick and easy and very competent .

This was actually the second company I called. My first call was to Wheelzy. They gave me such a hassle about making the check out exactly as it read on my title and I long ago divorced. Peddle would have made the check out to Peter Pan. Peddle's offer was also much higher. They picked it up the same day, wrote me a check, and the car was picked up in hours. Thank you Peddle. You were TERRIFIC!

Easy, no hassle and very generous. The Online quote is super guaranteed other than its competitors. Don't go with Wheelzy, they would low ball you no matter what! But you have choices.

Very very happy. I called other companies and I was getting the ole "used car salesman" run around..grr. I didn't get that with this company they were very direct gave me exactly what they said they were going to give me over the phone, absolutely no haggles or games. Most companies were giving me $1,200 for my wrecked car. Wheelzy went back and forth playing the game... Well let me see what I can do. Hold why I consult my managers that'll ole around they went from 585 to $1,200 offer. Peddle gave me $1,900 with no games just straight up honest direct business like everyone should!

Made it simple, not as low-balling as some other firms like wheelzy.

I originally went with Wheelzy. Because they would be , supposedly, quicker to pick up my car. But when they stalled the pick up by two days. And then gave me the run around. It felt like a scam. Like they were trying to get my car, without paying me. I declined their offer, and they harassed me for two days. Peddle was quick, very professional, and paid me more. STAY AWAY FROM WHEELZY. Had foreign representatives calling, two times a day, after rejecting their offer, unprofessional behavior, and their company. Peddle made it very easy. And I felt very safe with their tow company. Would recommend Peddle, to everyone.

Fair offer. Easy to work with. Did not try to negotiate a lower fee at the time of pickup. Only reason I did not give a 5 star review was due to the driver being 50 mins late. I would definitely use Peddle again and recommend to friends and family. DO NOT use their competitor, Wheelzy. Low offers and will no stop calling. Stay away from Wheelzy.

i’m a person with social anxiety and i was worried selling my car would be a stressful process. with peddle, everything came very easy. easy online quote, 3x higher than wheelzy and other services. payment received right at pickup. easy guidance on how to sign the title. i would definitely work with them again.
