We bought 2 Peddle Go bikes. We love them. The styling is top notch. Even the visible arc welding on the seams is precise and rather pretty. Fantastic accessories included. The assist levels are super with 5 being the highest which gets you zooming along. I am currently 13 stone and it got me up a 1 in 4 Hill. Should be lighter soon as on diet and fitness regime. Also a price of £449.00 each bike is unbeatable. The cheap nasty Chinese bikes don't come close. After riding I would have paid full price as they really are great and a British company to. Thanks..

So I ordered a Peddle Go hybrid e-bike from Evans Cycles ( that’s another review and not a great experience!) so, moving on to the actual bike , I’m pleased to say that it is brilliant. I guess I’ve been lucky and got a good one straight out the box. It came with excellent set up system (qreader code direct to YouTube videos for each part of process ) instruction manual and a nice set of accessories: mini pump, waterproof handlebar cover, cup holder attachment (?!)And handy multi tool plus bike register code . It was super smooth to get the bike up and running out the box. Just had to flip the handle bars into position , open the pedals , charge the battery for 5 hours , link the navie app my phone via Bluetooth and it was ready to go . I found my test ride smooth and comfortable. I only went up to 4 on the power assist as I found that quite fast enough . Disk brakes are precise too. The bike isn’t too heavy either ( 21kg) found it manageable to pick up .
If I have one gripe, it’a that the bike is sold as a commuter model for taking on trains . Yes the handlebars do fold down and the wheels are smaller but the frame is solid . Would’ve liked that to fold too but then I guess the price would’ve reflected that . At £749 I’m very pleased with my e-bike and look forwards to long pain free rides.

Bought a Peddle Ride from Evans Cycles Aberdeen. Bike was delivered but battery would not charge. Bike was replaced but new one had a loud rattle from the battery. Took bike back to Evans for repair. They have had my bike for almost five weeks now and so far no word of the bike being repaired. I am at the point of asking for a refund.

Bad quality control. I bought a Peddle Pro e-bike from Evans online, when it arrived the rear brake didn't work at all. I had to take the bike to an Evans store but the mechanic couldn't fix it as the problem was within the bike; bleeding the hydraulics and changing the brake lever did not fix the issue. This bike should not have been sent out in this condition and now I'm tearing my hair out trying to get Evans to rectify the situation as they wouldn't take the return in store being an online order and am waiting for someone to contact me to arrange a collection. I just want a bike that works!

The bike arrived following a really straightforward delivery process with excellent communication. I got to choose the date of my delivery which was really convenient. The packaging was really well designed to protect the bike and set up was so easy with the clear instructions.
The bike is of a really high quality and my wife who the bike was brought for was really taken back by how easy it was to use and really liked how she could alter the amount it helps her so she could increase it when needed to keep up with our kids on the hills!
She particularly liked the comfort of the step through model with the extra soft saddle and seat suspension post, a nice touch we had not seen before. Overall we would highly recommend.

Wouldn’t be without my Peddle bike now! The whole purchase journey and customer service have been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend Peddle to anyone - they’ve been a dream to deal with. The product itself is amazing quality and delivery was prompt!

The bike arrived well-packaged, and the instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Within no time, I had the bike set up and ready to ride. The build quality is impressive, and overall feels sturdy and well-made. One of the things I love most about the bike is the fact that I can get to work without getting too sweaty. The power assist makes it easy to get around town, even some of the steeper hills around here that I usually struggle with.I managed to get the bike on offer, and the delivery was quick and easy with regular updates, which was a big plus to me as I’d seen some others online who have had delivery delays in recent times. All-in-all really impressed!

Wasn't sure I'd like an electric bike but what a difference it's made. I'm now more active than ever. It makes cycling a whole more pleasurable experience and faster too. Really happy that I bought one. Really like the bike, the added extras and delivery were excellent. Thumbs up from me

I purchased my Peddle electric bike just over one month ago, I got a free fitbit as well and I'm really pleased I bought it when I did. I got the bike so I can take my grandkids on bike rides when the weather gets a bit nicer but also so I can get back into cycling. I didn't manage to use the bike for a couple of weeks due to the bad weather but got it out a couple times over the past few weekends and I'm really happy with my new bike.
I was a bit sceptical as I hadn't heard of the brand before but I used their contact form and someone got back to me straight away, a nice friendly lady named Karen on the other end of the telephone so this really made me feel more at ease spending the money on the bike with them.
I was really pleased as well because the delivery company asked me to choose the date I'd like the bike delivered. This was really good for me as I do like to get out and about for the day and could make sure I was in the house when my bike arrived.
Would highly recommend these guys.
