Very bad costumer experience! I have ordered earrings but they send it with a horrible service .... all in portuguese, which i dont understand, i have no idea where my package is ... Am still waiting and they dont give an answer .... Do not order here !!!!! Horrible!!!!!

Very nice earings but they broke after 2 weeks. For how much they cost, it's not nice. I wrote to customer service and they ignored me. I won't buy from them again.
My order arrived, but one of the items was wrong. I didn’t like neither of the items and wanted to return them, they offered to send the correct item, but I declined. Following the website instructions I returned the order within 14 days. We were in touch via WhatsApp, they asked for my banking details which I gave them, many reminders later and soon 2 months later - NOTHING! I would stongly advise not to order there. I will seek legal support. If my money ever arrives, I will gladly update this post.
The customer experience with this brand is horrible. Ordered earrings in August, never got it. They do barely respond to my emails and do not provide me solution. After seeking contact in Insta about it, the blocked me there. I strongly recommend to not order here.
