wouldn't give a refund after subscription hit for $30 after "reviewing my account" even though my account was overdrawn. I contacted the day of the withdrawal. like they couldn't look and see i haven't logged in for 2 months. What a money grab.
Never use auto renewal no pre notifications when cancelled literally straight after getting email I said wanted to cancel.
They refused to refund so disputed with PayPal and they locked my account and refused access

I found the app helpful for reading along.
Unfortunately I am having a bad customer experience. I signed up for the Premium Annual subscription with unlimited minutes. 6 months into the contract they took away the unlimited minutes and started charging per minute use with a credit system.
I do not read a lot. I felt like they changed the terms in the middle of the subscription.
I have requested reimbursement of half my annual fee… it’s only fair.
I still have not heard back on the request.
I would be careful about a long term subscription because of my experience. Caveat emptor.
I paid, Peech reading app, it didn't work. Not, a sex app. I copy & paste what they emailed to me:
