Awful customer service
I’ve used this company for over a year and have previously posted great reviews for them. However, this week has been extremely disappointing. I contacted them three times regarding an order that was returned via Royal Mail just two and a half hours after leaving their depot. I was told I would receive a refund once they received the return — yet I’m still waiting.
I reached out to their support team again, and since then I’ve had complete silence. After being a loyal customer, this level of service is unacceptable.
Thank you for your response. I should not have to resort to contacting you through Trustpilot for you to take action. As you have not replied to my previous three emails, I will now proceed with raising a chargeback through my credit card provider.
